What foods used in NBE?

Avocado-(fruit), rich in phytonutrients, high in potassium, alpha/beta carotene, contains healthy fatty acids, fast acting laxative, high in carbs, beta-sitosterol, vitamin E, vitamin A and Lutein (good for eye site), reduces free radicals, avocados contain D-Mannoheptulose (a rare seven carbon sugar) effective in hypoglycemia.

Avocados tend to block estrogen but promote progesterone. Avocado oil is a common ingredient in progesterone creams. Avocados have amino acids and vitamins that help promote mammary glands.

Foods rich in Bromine and Manganese would help in increasing your breast size through the stimulation of sex hormone production. It could also improve the sensitivity of your breast tissue receptors. As a result, they would be more receptive to estrogen.

Manganese is found in seafood like mussels and prawns and whole grain rice, corn, ginger and clovers. Manganese is a trace mineral, prevents tissue damage, helps breakdown carbs.

Bromine is found in the following foods,

Apples
This fruit would give a lot of nutrients aside from its benefit of breast enhancement. It would give you modest amounts of calories, enough soluble fiber, as well as enough vitamins to benefit from. To give you one, you could consider the immune-boosting vitamin C.

Pears
This is another fruit that you cannot resist eating for it is tasty, sweet, as well as buttery. Particularly, pears are rich in fiber, which would help lower down your cholesterol. In addition to this, it is also associated with lower risks of breast cancer. Furthermore, pears would provide you enough amounts of vitamins, such as A, B2, B3, B6, C, K, etc.

Grapes
Grapes could provide tons of health benefits for your body, which would include its protection of your body against various conditions, such as heart diseases, asthma, and migraine.

Almonds
This is the type of nuts that could reduce the risks of heart attack. In addition to this, it could also provide you healthy fats and strong teeth and bones. Moreover, it would even protect your artery walls from damage.

The above foods rich in bromine would give you enough support to assure that your breast enhancement would be performed safely and effectively, without proposing further complications in the future.

And also for collagen support artichokes should be considered,

Artichokes
These would provide you packed nutrients in one. You could get enough support from folic acid, biotin, vitamin C, as well as potassium. These components would help in firming your skin as well as supporting your collagen.

Enzymes are energized protein molecules found in all living cells which catalyze and regulate all biochemical reactions that occur within the human body. They break down proteins, fats, carbohydrates and fiber making it possible to benefit from the nutrients found in those foods while removing the toxins.

Enzymes turn the food we eat into energy and unlock this energy for use in the body. They digest foods, transport nutrients, carry away toxic wastes, purify the blood, deliver hormones, balance cholesterol and triglycerides, nourish the brain, build protein into muscle, feed and fortify the endocrine system and on a larger scale slow the aging process and support wellness and homeostasis. Their presence and strength can be determined by improved blood and immune system functions. Our body’s first line of defense system depends on enzymes.

Enzymes are mainly categorized as Digestive Enzymes and Systemic Enzymes.

Digestive enzymes work inside the digestive tract to break down the foods sufficiently to be absorbed. Amylase, Pepsin, and Lactase are the most common digestive enzymes, which break down starches, proteins and fats respectively.
Systemic enzymes, also called metabolic enzymes works inside the blood, tissues, and cell of the body system. Some of the important Systemic enzymes include Fibrinolytic enzymes, Proteases, and Catalases. Among them, Serrapeptase and Nattokinase are the essential Fibrinolytic enzymes, which act to break down excess fibrin in the body. These enzymes fight inflammation, fibrosis (scar tissues), and viruses; modulate the immune system; and cleanse the blood.

___________________________________________________________

The food that is consumed is broken down during digestion into its component parts - proteins, carbohydrates, and fats - cells utilize these biomolecules and oxidize them to gain energy during cellular respiration. Thus, cellular energy generation with the aid of oxygen is conducted in the presence of enzymes that act as catalyst for the reaction. Most protein products of digestion will undergo chemical conversion into amino acids long before they reach a cell, similarly all fats will be converted to fatty acids, and all carbohydrates are transformed into glucose - the principal sugar in the body.

-Fruit rich enzymes, ie- avocados, papayas, bananas and pineapples

-Herbs that harm the liver, Kava Kava, echinacea, bitter orange, germander

Piperine in black pepper and in fact all spicy herbs inhibit P450 enzymes so taking a small amount of spice to antibiotics or in an herbal formula will make both more effective and longer lasting. This is why many formulas add a small amount of cayenne pepper, trikatu herbs such as black pepper, pippli or ginger. to a formula -- to increase utilization and absorption.

Thanks, Tongue

I've learned a few things about food and NBE along the way recently, I didn't pay to much attention to it quite honestly.

I think Pom comes to mind when I say this, Food, Body, Soul, Mind, and then Breasts of course, not necessary in that order. Rolleyes

Still looking for breast friendly meal recipes, all I've got so far is a FG tea recipe and a papaya. DodgyRolleyes

Thanks for this, MistressLotus and peggy. My program right now includes no herbs and therefore I'm fighting to eat helpful foods and avoid sugar. I needed this!
