Dizzy and discouraged!

#1
Tongue

Hi all! I've tried bust boom, flax seed oil, and now am using booby stacked cream. The first two I got headaches and vertigo within days. The BS cream I was fine on up until a few days ago, now it too is causing dizziness. Ive also started breast massages. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not certain of the ingredients in bust boom or booby stacked, but since you reacted to flax seed oil, do you think it's possible you're allergic to flax seed? I would suggest trying some herbs that are in capsule form, so you can pinpoint exactly what you react to either negtively or poistivly. Don't be discouraged! You'll find something that works, it's just a matter of trying things and listening to your body. Some herbs, like fennel and fenugreek can affect blood sugar levels, which if you already have blood sugar issues can cause dizzy spells. Flax oil contains netiher of those, though. I think a slight nut allergy would be a good place to start as far as what's causing you to react.

The bust boom had dong quai, fennel, saw palmetto, and black cohosh. The booby stacked has pm, fenugreek, and a host of oils. Is it not estrogen dominance?

If your getting dizzy I'd check your blood pressure and make sure there's not something going on there.... with the meds I'm on I get really dizzy easily.... keeps my heart rate at rest at 42....

I'm not a doctor, but I've never heard of estrogen dominance (or low estrogen for that matter) causing dizzy spells or headaches.

It's POSSIBLE... But I think the most likely explanation is probably dietary.

PM sparks a strong insulin response but doesn't have the sugars to balance that... It is suggested to eat something sugary when you take your PM to keep from having your blood sugar get too low.

If you STILL have problems after that, then I might consider other explanations... blood pressure or E dom certainly being possible... But I wouldn't consider them very likely at this point.

I haven't used the cream that contains the pm in a couple of days and still dizzy and weird feeling. Could it take a few days to leave my system?

Oh. Nope. Shouldn't even be having that effect if it's a cream at all, and the effects on your blood sugar should be near instant and almost as short term.

E dom could very well be what's wrong...

Have you checked your blood pressure just to be safe?

Since my initial post I also tried Nature Day drops and pills. Headache and weirdness returned, so I promptly returned the products.

I've been using Breast Advance cream for the past couple of weeks, and so far no weird side effects. So, I'm guessing I must've been allergic to something in the first few I tried. ?

Anyway, I've begun taking flax seed oil orally beginning yesterday. Is there anything else I can take orally in addition to what I'm already doing?

Thanks!
