I just now stumbled upon this forum. I love it! I was hoping you guys could recommend a program for me.
I don't have a lot of money, so I want something that won't cost tons like a lot of the main breast enlargement merchandise does.
I am thin with a big rib cage and very small breasts. I'm technically a 36a, but I don't fill the a. I am 19 and have never had any children.
I already take lots of pills for acne, so I'm a little nervous about taking a ton more.
I take
A multivitamin
Flaxseed oil
Fish oil
Vitamin E
Vitamin K
Birth Control (Yaz) It hasn't made my breasts bigger at all
and Extra Virgin, Organic, Unrefined Coconut oil - not a pill
I would really appreciate any advice at all!

You say you're leery of taking more pills. Would you be completely opposed to taking herbals like fenugreek and saw palmetto? We're talking about eventually ramping it up to like nine pills a day. It's quite a lot.

hey first post here- felt that i should reply to this one.

i'm on yaz too and i've spent hours on end trying to figure out what would be okay with yaz and what wouldn't. i've seen all sorts of answers soo i'm still going with the research haha. does anyone know if it's okay to take/apply any sort of phytoestrogens while on birth control?

my results were from Bountiful, which I know is really expensive, so that's out, but anytme someone says they need to budget with what they do, I always think of the noogleberry pump, it's only just under 60 usa with shipping and when you begin to break that down over several months, that makes it pretty darn cheap for such an awesome product.
