Let's get boobified!

In the boobie quest, I believe skepticism and doubt can be the worst enemy of a noticeable growth and psyche must tune on confidence and faith, so let's break it!

Thank you! I'm cautious about herbs and suction, so I've got to go hardcore where I can. As far as fat brushing goes, she believes in it (have to be signed in to view): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSYo_NBMSwQ And well, her results speak for themselves. As far as I've read, though, it takes time. But so does most everything else in NBE!

Fully agree, 100%! You have to believe in what you're doing.

My period started yesterday! Finally! *triumphant fist pump*

...and with it came the chocolate cravings. :s Unfortunately, I was out shopping in such a weakened state. I bought myself a dark chocolate candy bar and ate half of it. Then I had a piece of chocolate pie after dinner. I needed chocolate! I will pat myself on the back for this, though: Since Easter is on its way, Cadbury's cream and caramel eggs are out. I bought a pack of the caramel and a pack of the choco cream, and I didn't eat any of them.

I was going to have the other half of the bar today, but I don't have the cravings anymore. I think I'll wait until Tuesday, my "sugar is allowed" day.

Spring officially starts today! In honor of that, I got up early and took a walk. It's still chilly here, but there's a difference. It's not as biting, most of the snow has melted, and more creatures are scampering about. As everything outside grows, it feels even more fitting for my boobs to grow. Tongue

Don't feel too guilty, you deserved that half chocolate bar! I would like to copy your idea of the "sugar is allowed day", but I don't think I'll be as good as you. For example now I'm at work, and there's a jar full of candies in front of me (they should be for the customers)...how can I resist??

Thanks, Insanity! It took me a lot of tries before I got the whole "no sugar" thing down as well as I have it now, so don't worry. When you start, you lapse a lot. Just remember to keep trying every day. Eventually you'll get used to it.

Thanks for sharing, Ceci! Interestingly enough, just last night, my mom was watching the news and they were talking about how chocolate is anti-inflammatory. The problem for me is I have a lot of testosterone for a female, so the sugar isn't such a good thing for me. Have to keep it to small quantities and get the lowest sugar kind that I can find. And I definitely shouldn't be eating it in the form of a slice of Hershey's chocolate pie!

Surprisingly, it's fine. My period's never really that bad. I don't get crazy cramps or mood swings or anything. The most bothersome thing about it for me, actually (besides the obvious Rolleyes ), is the achy, tender breasts!

Oh my goodness! Little Ella loved her cream eggs, ha ha ha! They are so good though, ugh. I got them mainly with my mum in mind, and she said the choco creams are better than the regular white creams. Resisting the urge to find out for myself. You must be a hard worker, if your boss is giving you gourmet chocolate!

All this talk about chocolate is making me want some more... it doesn't help that the book I just finished reading kept talking about it.

I know! I've always thought it was so crazy, when I talk to my friend from South America, that she was celebrating Christmas in the summer! I can't imagine. But yes, you'll be able to use heat and have more of an excuse to stay inside to do plenty of NBE-related things!

I took a day off from NBE yesterday and only did 100 deer massages before I put my bra on for the day. I was gone for 12 hours (had to get up at 5:30 a.m., ugh), and in the evening when I came home we had company, and then I cooked and had to clean a bit. So then I ate and went to bed.

Today I slept in, and I'm going to be lazy since I had a busy week and have another hard week coming up (and by lazy I pretty much mean stay home and clean all day; the fun I have!). I'll still massage twice today and take my MSM and try not to eat sweets, though, and I want to play with my Kangzhu cups a bit and try some things out with positioning them.

My period seems to be winding down early. Hoping it will be done by tomorrow. After that I'll assess how much of my luteal swelling I kept.

I hope everyone's doing well!

I thought luteal was over as soon as you get your period??? If that's the case what you have might not be luteal?

PS here's a thought to stop you wanting to eat sweets. This is what I'm using.. Parasites, internal parasites feed off sugar, my little one came home with pinworms from school at the end of last year which I got *to my absolute horror* and to cut a long story short I thought I had gotten rid of them but found each time I ate sweets or my favourite choc icecream I would feel them... yes I know this is terrible and it makes me sick to my stomach that this happened as I am such a clean/germ freak. But yes they are stubborn little demons and apparently 1/3rd of the population has internal parasites without even knowing it and the little buggers get their strength from sugar.

Now will you ever eat sweets again after that lol ???
