FAQ-What's the Ultimate NBE Plan?

#11

You're right get as close to Thailand as a source as poss so if Ainterol has a PO in Thailand then that's probably a good thing lol! But yes most of these pills say to store below 30degress etc and you just KNOW if its taken over 3-4 weeks in transit its bound to have been trapped in some planes cargo bay or something to that effect over a period of time and loose its purity! It's hard enough absorbing in pill form..
I know for a fact I get in my car over here after its sat in the sun for even a few minutes and the inside temperature gauge is over 30degs! That's why I like and why I buy off Iherb, the total turnaround from the states to the pacific is 3-4 days! That's outstanding.. I should really be a spokesperson for Iherb shouldn't I?? Wink

Yes, And what a lovely spokesperson at that! Wink 3-4 is awesome, that's better then the 7 days for one of my shipments, (weather delays is what took so long). Dodgy

Ok, well then what's your choice for estrogenic herb?

I'm still just piecing things together now re herbs. Because im too scared of the high estrogenic herbs I'm on what could be considered a low dose programme  of FG/FN/BlesThis/SP/DQ - This is the Natureday blend. It would seem Im taking roughly 150mg of each of the above per day plus Im taking one teaspoon soaked FG seeds per day which gives me tingles. So I guess Fenugreek & Fennel?? Not that I'm taking much - who knows if this will work!!! *rollseyes*

On Monday however my liquid extracts will arrive and I plan to make my own Natureday blend LESS dong quai cause I have no idea how that is supposed to work with NBE plus I don't like the cancer scare links.. I'm hoping my own blend might be a bit more effective.

I'm still a newbie at heart looking for any guidance I can get Smile

I would have thought Red Clover is more readily available and the next best thing to PM if you couldn't source that. Ive seen RC being the first choice in many NBE books I downloaded. Plus being a blood cleanser and also inluded in Hoxeys cancer treatment programme its got to be a good choice I would think?? Smile

Well sweetie I'm a newbie with liquid PM extract. So currently vitamin E is my new BFF mixed with PM extract and applied directly on the breasts, wow!! I really like the results. And then adding the extract to my grapefruit juice, so still seeing how it goes.

So, Again newbiie , FG/FN/BlesThis/SP/DQ is a strong plan, with the exceptation of DQ which I see you already know about,

And you know I'm a big proponent for FG,FN , blessed thistle

I'll have follow up later today , time for bed!

Ella, I have the same thoughts as you re herbs. I am afraid to take herbs that are very estrogenic like PM. I took red clover almost 10 years ago, not for NBE but for acne. And it helped really good. Within 14 days I had completely clear skin. But then I missed my period and I freaked out and thought I was pregnant (was not). It was due to red clover. And I stopped taking it then... Dodgy I am afraid of the side effects of PM too. I read that women with developing cyst at the ovary, breast, and uterus should not take PM. I have a cyst in my right breast and in my uterus. So no, I won't take it.

I'm so sorry Peggy, I'm glad you mentioned it though, we definitely need your feedback (expertise) on what the alternatives are: (i.e. qualifiers)

1) A set of estrogenic herbs that are effective but not overburden with E
2) A set of estrogenic herbs for regular use

This is why experimentation is needed, circumstances like yours Peggy bring to light that a discussion is needed for alternatives.

Ok Peggy, what do you recommend?

Oh Peggy that's no good. Whats scary is some women can have cysts too and not even know it, then by doing this it add fuel to the fire so to speak. Given soo many of my friends have cysts I guess which is why I'm cautious.

Im sorry Lotus I couldn't remember how in depth we discussed my programme that time a while back and I did think compared to what some girls are taking that my programme was pretty low in comparison. I do take need of everything you say though. By rights I'm taking no more than 700mgs total of the mix of herbs I mentioned but I DONT know how much fenugreek I would get per teaspoon of soaked seeds which needs to get added to that. I will google Smile

SOY - people who consume the most soy have the lowest cases of BC in the world so they say. So this must be a healthy dose of plant estros?

And yet Asians are soo tiny and petite (in a good way) no offence meant.

Good point ELLA, I think I've also read that menopause isn't an issue because of the regular intake of soy (we're speaking throughout their lives).
