I use the lrg Noogleberry myself, 1 hr stints at 7 on, 2 min off. I do this 2x per day. The pressure rings don't last more than 2 hrs and sometimes I use a warm wet washcloth and they seem to disappear a little faster, like in an hr.
Maybe you should try warm, moist heat to see if that reduces the red circles???
Just a thought.

I'm using the 7:2 method too. The red ring marks go away in 30 mins or an hour, but during the day I can see a light line, my boyfriend hasn't noticed anything (he doesn't know that I'm noogling) but I can see it clearly
Thanks for your advice I will try the washcloth!

Hey, do you have the noogleberry or the kangzu pump set? I cant remember which one you got..
I got red rings when I used the noogle cups only since they were soo hard and pressed into the skin. Once I got the foam rings it was pure bliss!
I don't noogle much anymore, but I might pick it up again soon, there is just never anytime in the day to do it! That and I know the mediums are too small but the large are too big so I cant get decent suction and results. Plus im a mild noogler anyway when I do!

I get the long lasting light/white ring mark that won't budge. I'm using noogleberry contoured cups.
I bought the rings, but with them not enough of my boobs fits in......

Ella I'm using the NB medium cups but I ordered the Kangzhu large cups, they will take a lot to arrive to Italy though. I tried the noogleberry cups with the foam rings but like Libertybel said, they reduce the width of the cups so I find them uncomfortable.

Gosh youre not wrong they are pretty thick and wide!
So is the base unit (pump part) a noggleberry and you can alternate cups or is it vica versa?

Yep, I have the Noogleberry pump but I've read that some girls use the kangzhu cups with it. Can't wait till they arrive!

I hope the kangzhu cups will be better, everybody speaks well of them, and they are very cheap too. How long have you been noogling?
