What about this combo:
★ Fenugreek (estrogenic + prolactin)
★ Flaxseed oil ?? (lots of omega 3)
★ Spearmint (anti-androgen)
★ Dandelion root (potentiator, increases the effectiveness)
★ Licorice (Pro-Aromatase, converts T to E)
....................................................................
★ Progesterone cream in second half of cycle
Do you think this could be a good combo for someone with too much T?

Oh absolutely, it's good program regardless, you could even have hops in with it, now hops is not as celebrated as it should be. Hops has .02% to 20% the potency of estrogen, if I could do more hops I would, but it's not easy and would have to be built up to a dose dependent benefit.
Thanks Peggy, that was awesome!

Thanks Lotus.
No hops for me, as I read it is not good for estrogen dominance since it lowers progesterone.

Good point, something that I wanted to add to another option was more GH options (more than just fish oil), so GH And E should be considered more often.

I read that Niacin will raise HGH. It has to be the flush version and you should not eat for 2-3 hours before/after you took it. So the best would be to take it at night.
I posted here about it:

And here is a graphic how 500 mg of niacin can raise HGH:
What do you think, Lotus?

I'm so glad you found that Peggy, so taking at night aids when growth is likely to occur, good!. One thing I'd like more clarification on is can we grow boobs without packing on the pounds?. I know we have some thin girls here and they do it with diet and exercise, but what about those who are not predisposed with a good Metabolism?.

Maybe Goji berries and bee pollen for GH? These may be more subtle versions for the likes of me who doesn't want to supplement anymore than I have to.
Goji berries are also a rich source of sesquiterpenoids which help to stimulate human growth hormone secretion by the pituitary gland. This is the only known food source that is known to stimulate HGH.
Bee Pollen has HGH growth factor.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer.

I should have mentioned Peggy, but you ARE one of those thin girls!
