So basically i have been taking
5 Fg
4 maca
2 epo or msm per day.
I have been.about 2 months and its not workng. I kniw u should wait more but im. Not having any breast pain or tingling. Nothing.
WhAT SHOULD I ADD TO.MY PROGRAM.PLS???
i wanted to add PC and RC but these arent found in my country and i dontxwant to buy online cus i dont want anyone in my house to know...
Also i dont want sp bcus of it neg efects..
Any ides???

I'd lose the maca if you haven't seen any results to be honest, is that 5 FG tablets?, you probably haven't had a panel done I'm guessing?. Generally, you'd have to use what's available to you without inquiring minds wanting to know. Take a look at the attached posts and pick out what you can.
