Hi Mel, Just checking in to see how it's all going. Are you at your growth stage right now, or did you end up having the break?

Sorry I haven't had time to drop by in several days due to teenager drama.

Anyway, I ended up not growing a lick last growth cycle, so I took a 2 week break and did a kidney cleanse, and took milk thistle, I ended up not being able to get the full liver cleanse done thanks to catching a bit of a stomach thing which made me not want to go anywhere near the cleanse for awhile. I just started back on the BB and we'll see what happens this month. I'm now taking the DIM also, so maybe that will help as well.

I'm still contemplating doing a quick cleanse soon. Even if it doesn't hlp with some of the odd symptoms I've been having hormonal wise, it will clear my psoriasis up in 24 hours, so that's enough of a reason for me.

I know I haven't done a real update in awhile, but I seemed to have kind of stalled and then I began a stringent workout routine which really changed things up, but I'd like to report that I still have my breast! So first I'm going to give my measurements as of the end of the holiday season which prompted my workout routine.

This was in January
Hips-39 1/2
belly button- 31
2 inches below belly button- 34 1/2
waist 29
R arm 12
Larm 12
chest 39
above 37
under breast 32
weight- 145.9

Todays measurements
Hips 38
Belly Button 29 1/2
2 inches below belly button 33 1/2
waist 27
R arm 11 1/2
L arm 11 1/2
Chest 38 1/2 --- 39 when pumping 4 times a day
above 37
Under breast 29 1/2
weight 137

So as you can see I've lost a lot of inches in places on my body but only half an inch on my chest, which isn't too bad. According my my measurements I lost 2 1/2 from my band size. Since my breast still fill out the cups of my tops the same I would say they pretty much stayed the same, so the measurement difference I think was all around instead of breast tissue. I also went with the Jan measurements instead of the Feb measurements because I was jumping up and down with breast size during that month and finally decided it must be added weight and the beginning of swelling with noogleberry. I knew that the Jan measurements had stayed solid, so that's what I went with for this. I'm pleased with the changes since to me it does no good to have the boobs if you are embarrassed for the rest of you to be seen in a swimsuit and boy, I was at that point when I saw my last pictures, or rather I should say when my husband saw my last pictures and asked how long ago I took those, cause I looked a little chubby in them. LOL, he sure tried to backpedal when I told him that morning.

Anyway, that's when I knew I had to get rid of the holiday pounds before they got stubborn. I wasn't so intent on loosing the weight as I was toning up and loosing inches, which I think I managed to pull off.

I have a growth period coming up next week and I'm excited to see what will happen. I've added the DIM into my routine and so far it seems to be making a difference on some of the hormone fluctuations I suddenly noticed last month. I'm hoping that will mean things will work better this month than the last.

I also plan on doing a gallbladder/liver cleanse tomorrow night to clear up some psoriasis patches, since I didn't get to do one after my last growth cycle due to getting a stomach bug.

Anyway, I'm getting good swelling with noogleberry now when I find the time to pump 4 times a day for 30 minutes. Any less than that and it just doesn't work for me for some reason. I have to alternate every couple of days between the L and the XL to get rid of indents. I'm still searching for a solution for that. Be assured I haven't given up yet.

Anway, I'll update after my growth cycle again soon.

So I had a disappointing month for growth, meaning none. LOL, I added DIM to my routine for this month of growth and while it helped with the hormone headaches, when my growing period came, nothing happened, not even a tingle. Then when my period came, I had some of the worst cramps I've ever had, which taking BO had completely gotten rid of, so that leads me to think that the DIm completely turned off my bodies absorbstion of the BO.

I've cut the DIM and will see what happens this coming month. Maybe my body not being able to absorb the BO will work like a break and give me a nice growth spurt. If not, it may well be time for a couple of month break from it and focus only on my noogleberry for awhile, then add it back in after 2 or 3 months.

I guess I need to get off my tail and send in my testimony for BB so I can get my free pills to continue using it.

I'm still sitting at 38 1/2 steady in breast size. Today is the first time I've been able to noogle in almost 3 weeks which has been frustrating for me. This construction has really been a pain when it comes to noogleberry, but I can see an end in site soon. Thank goodness.

what is the kelp for, and in what shape do you take it?? and isnt T-lyrosine supposed to regulate your temperature??

Kelp is for temperature by adding iodine for thyroid support, since the bo won't work if the thyriod is not functioning correctly. The L-tyrosine is an amino acid that is needed for t-3 t-4 conversion, (one of many functions of the thyroid, but the one needed for breast growth on BO) Low body temp is a signal that this conversion is not at optimal levels sometimes, so BB recommends taking the kelp and L-tyrosine. On the other side of that if you have normal body temp, or know that your body temp is due to some other reason, taking the kelp could actually cause your thyroid to start lagging, so it's pretty important to really know your body and you symptoms so you can gage which direction you need to go in your program. regardless of whether it's thyroid or not, you can take the L-tyrosine as it's a good amino acid that your body needs and does not make on it's own.

I have great news on my update. I had another growth spurt after months of being stalled and I'm back up to 39 inches. It was such a pleasant surprise as I really didn't expect one this month. I kind of stopped all supplements except for the BB pills to give my body a break and my gosh did I get sore, but thought it was because I was noogling more. then suddenly a week into it I noticed an inch increase. At first I thought it was added swelling, but took a two day break from noogling and without noogling saw a 1/2 inch change and realized, nope, it was new growth. yeahhhh! Anyway, I'm still working out and maintaining my weight loss and back to growing!

I'm sooo busy with my sons graduation and getting ready to go to Mexico that I'm not finding much time to get on, but I will post any progress and I hope to be back on full time by the end of June.

Sorry it took me so long to reply, but I've been out of country on vacation. I'm not sure what the gelatin is made of, but if you post the question on the BB forum, you probably get a reply about that, if you haven't already on this forum. Good luck with your program. Hopefully after this week I will have more time to be on the forum and catch up on all the post.
