Picture time and measurement and program update time!
Massage routine:
- Twice a day
- I firstly knead in my armpits 7 times to get lymph flow going (I only do this for my first massage of the day)
- I use pure flaxseed oil in the shower or bath, hair conditioner when I shower at the gym, or if I'm not about to shower or bathe I use a mixture I made of flaxseed oil, sweet almond oil, and lavender and cinnamon essential oils

- 300 deer massages
- Bust roller massager (

- 5 minutes with heating pad before massages (going to replace with a hot water bottle)
- I also do 100 deer massages with whatever lotion or oil I have handy every time I change my bra

- I aim for twice a day
- I do it right after my massage sessions
- I start by drinking about 8 or more ounces of water
- I use flaxseed oil or my homemade breast massage oil
- I get the amount of suction I deem appropriate, let it sit for 7 minutes, remove, do 100 chi circles, add more oil if necessary, then put it back on for 7-8 more minutes
- I can only do one cup at a time, and I try to place the cup high and inward to encourage most of the growth to be located in my upper breasts and toward my cleavage area
- I use a balled up sock and a lid with a smooth top as a nipple stopper
Supplements:
- Spearmint capsule once a day
- Alive! Women's Energy Multivitamin once a day
- A dash of flaxseed oil once a day
- MSM powder 1/4 teaspoon three times a day
- Fish oil twice a day
- Ground flaxseeds 3 teaspoons a day
- B-complex once a day
- Vitamin D once a day
- Vitamin C once a day
Odds and ends:
- I try to give my breasts several fond squeezes every now and then when I'm by myself to keep the circulation in them going constantly
- I try to get plenty of sleep
- I drink a lot of water, to encourage any swelling that could come from massage or pumping

Future plans:
- Constantly working on diet
- I might slowly add another herb if the spearmint seems to be working out
Updated measurements: Still 33", actually more like 32.75" now. :/ But then I measured my underbust, and it's now 29". Huh? I thought your underbust never changed, as it's your ribs. Unless my ribcage somehow cinched in, something's wrong. Maybe my dear soul sister ELLACRAIG has passed some of her measuring issues on to me...
I do have a suspicion that the insides of my breasts toward my cleavage have filled in a bit more. But for the most part, no results so far, except my breasts are a bit prettier.
