I was just reading back a bit though and I noticed you said you were gonna take a few days break from the celexa...might be a bit late but i'd really recommend you never do that! SSRIs take some getting used to and if you have the levels at constant fluctuation in your body you're likely to make the anxiety worse as you'll be contantly going through withdrawal then adaptation. Only stop taking them with a weaning plan from your doctor to get off them, try to never miss a dose otherwise.

I didn't actually take any time off my Celexa. I just lowered my gaba and my night sweats have stopped.
I've been on it before at lowest dose and quit them cold turkey. My Dr gave me the Okay for that one. This time He has told me I have to be on it a year. I won't miss dose on purpose! I swear!

Good for you :L yeah although they didn't have horrible withdrawals like the ones I'm on now, not taking them regularly would defo send me on a bit of a rollercoaster. Do you feel like they've helped you much?

I feel they've helped. I started them over a month and a half ago, and actually they cleared my mind up quite well which is the reason I'm able to move on like this. I don't know if my removal of the stressful relationship or the medications are the cause, but I feel fantastic in life right now.

I'm doing well :-D thinking positive with my boobies and still taking herbs. Not being super consistent with nb but im not terribly concerned!

So it's been a few weeks. Unfortunately my program hasn't been in the forefront of my mind for some time now. I'm still taking my herbs.. And doing massages. But being extremely inconsistent with my Nb. I have started a new weight lifting regime and it's been hard to get the energy to pump when I'm exhausted.

But I've been keeping busy, my mind and body active as I'm going through my after breakup changes Haha.

II'm feeling great, happy on the booby front (for now).

I will for ssure be jumping back into my Nb soon, when my body gets used to my weight lifting.

Happy growing girls!

Hello ladies. Long time no talk.

It's now been two months since I left my ex, and things are going very well.

II've actually met a new man, and we are hitting it off really well.

Unfortunately he came across my herbs one night in the bathroom. I tried passing them off as herbs for just general female hormone balance. But in an effort to get to know this man (we did a secret sharing night) and I came clean about my program.

He's against it. Wants me to be safe, and he says I don't need it. Well, I did need it last August! What I have now is not brilliant, But it's a big improvement.

I have been inconsistently taking my herbs, but I think I'm going to take a break for a while. I had a very nasty scare, and my period was two weeks late this month, despite the fact that I did not change my program. I even skipped my PM and Pc cream this cycle.

I have not done any noogling in weeks. My time is scarce. But I'm not upset about the way I look now. My obsession with looking more womanly was very circumstantial. And as much as I didn't want to admit it, it was partly my ex that caused me to desire a more curvy and voluptuous figure.

He had a very serious, and damaging pornography addiction. I felt very, very inadequate. So I did want a more appealing body for myself, but also for him.. So he did not need his addiction. But that failed.

My life is not perfect now, but it's getting there. I feel amazing about myself, I'm working out, and I'm happy.

I will still visit you girls, and who knows, I may keep noogling in secret (he doesn't know about my NB! Just the herbs!)

Take care, happy growing.

That's great news! So happy that you feel amazing and started to accept and love your body. This man has a good influence on you, I like him Smile

A lot of people do things to be more desirable for their partner, along the way they lose themselves and these issues become very rooted I'm glad that you finally realized that you're changing for someone else and not for your well being. Also glad you got over that asshole!

Good luck and happy growing (from the inside first and foremost)!

Thank you all for your support.

I've been struggling with just about everything recently. Problems still with my ex.. My sister and I are in a month long process of moving homes, and the new man had left for a month for school.

I'm just at such a strange part of my life right now, but I feel like I have to reconnect with my body.

When I started my program, I used it as an outlet for my over active mind. When I was stressed about my relationship, my problems, my insecurities, I would focus on my program. What I could change, what's going right. I felt like I became closer with my body, my cycle, myself. I looked forward to the evenings when I could spend hours just absently massaging, or Noogleing with the TV.

I don't necessarily need that distraction now. I'm happy, I'm getting healthy, and I have someone who's now able to tend to my needs.. The ones I want having fulfilled in the other relationship.

But I still feel like I need to connect with my body. I had to return some of my exs things yesterday, and was left in such an anxious and upset state, I worked out for three hours to keep myself busy.

I spent an hour with my Noogleberry last night and my swelling was wonderful. I missed it. I've also started back on my herbs. I was going to give them up when I learned this new man's feelings on it. He doesn't feel like I need to change myself at all, and he just worries that I'm safe. It's wonderful to have someone say those things to you. But I feel like I'm cheating myself if I don't finish my one year I promised myself.

So I'm taking the month to completely focus on myself again. It should be easy, considering my guy will be out of town for the month.

Let's see what his opinion is when he returns!

Haha. I'm not gone yet ladies, I'll be frequenting here until at least August!
