(03-04-2014, 17:04)blessedbreasts Wrote:  I listened to the rockmelon ringtone for the first time yesterday. No response from my breasts at all. Same with binaural beats. Rockmelon DID flood my body with warmth, though.

Last night, I was able to visualize warmth and a pulse in my breasts. I focused on my breaths to relax, then started imagining the inhales filling my breasts. Then on the exhales I imagined blood rushing in to take the place of my inhales. I started thinking "Breath/warmth, blood/pulse." Soon I felt warmth and a gentle pulse. I describe it more in depth here: http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=20056&pid=108186#pid108186

I can't wait for warmer weather. I feel so chilly most of the time. I don't think I'll get good swelling from pumping/visualization/rockmelon/binaurals until it starts getting hot out.

You know I get tingles from rockmelon ringtone... but I get them all over my body and in the top of my head... I think the sounds is soo abrasive its my body screaming out to 'TURN THAT CRAP HIDEOUS NOISE OFF" lol - that said I do listen to it daily, need to keep the mind open to all possibilities lol

LOL @ "TURN THAT CRAP HIDEOUS NOISE OFF" hahahahaha! Since it tingles in your head, maybe it will stimulate hair growth, too! It's not what I was expecting at all! Screeching guitar sounds emulating baby wails. I think I'll try to listen to it close to bedtime from now on so that it gets my body all cozy and warm for beddie-bye.

That's the LAST thing I imagine RMR will have you in bed (cozy and warm & relaxed) ROFL
Think of the dreams you might have with THAT being one of the last things you hear before you go to sleep lol!!!

LOL, it makes me feel so warm, though! But yeah, combine that sound right before bed with the effects MSM has on dreams! Headtrip!

Changed my avi to Scarlett Johansson's boobs. She might be my goal size.

I'm testing to see if the spearmint is working for me by not shaving my legs for a bit (thank goodness it's still cold here and I can still cover them up with tights, leggings, and nylons!). The hair does seem to be growing back slower!

Does anyone know what exactly evening primrose oil does? The research on it seems to be conflicting. Or maybe I'm looking in all the wrong places.

SEXY SEXY!!!!!

I agree, found such conflicting info on EPO, it appears based on what I have been told it has estrogenic properties but mostly balancing properties. I read one article where a women who was estro dominant and EPO added to her estro load but for the most part they say it balances you out?? Ultimately is GLA Omega 6 fatty acid

Common Uses

Evening Primrose Oil 1,000mg is a natural source of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), an Omega 6 Essential Fatty Acid. Supplementing with Evening Primrose Oil supports the health of hair, skin and nails as well as providing support for the pre-menstrual period. You should consider taking GO Evening Primrose Oil 1,000mg if you suffer from any of the following: PMS, Breast tenderness and pain, dry itchy skin, endometriosis, arthritis.

Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 1-3 SoftGel Caps daily. Best taken with food. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.

Health Information

Evening Primrose Oil is the oil from the seed of the plant known as Evening Primrose. The oil contains high amounts of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an Essential Fatty Acid in the Omega-6 family of oil, with anti-inflammatory properties. The body converts the GLA in Evening Primrose Oil into prostaglandins, substances that function like hormones and help to regulate body processes. Most of the beneficial actions of Evening Primrose Oil are believed to be attributable to its GLA content.

Evening Primrose Oil is well known for use in the treatment of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS). Many women that suffer from PMS have low levels of GLA, which is why Evening Primrose Oil supplements may help to alleviate symptoms of the condition.

Evening Primrose Oil is often recommended to reduce breast pain tenderness, and it can also help to ease menstrual cramps, endometriosis and mood swings related to the menstrual cycle. Also beneficial in symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes. Evening Primrose Oil helps ease rheumatoid arthritis pain and lessens the inflammation of acne and other skin conditions. Evening Primrose Oil makes skin more supple, hair more shinier and nails stronger

Thanks, Ella! I know when I took it, I got really persistent chin acne. I wonder what that meant, since I know chin acne is hormonal. But I was thinking about my old program today, and I did get a bit of growth while I took it (combined with a good diet, a regular intake of soy, and massages). So I wondered if maybe I could cautiously try taking it again and watch how my skin reacts.

I like the sound of less breast pain tenderness! My breasts get sooo tender and achy when I'm about to have my period.

Do yours get bigger when they are achy? Mine do! That's why I don't mind it ha ha.
When you said you had growth on the old programme were you also taking EPO?
I wonder what the cause is of acne when you take herbs?

Maybe the spearmint will stop you getting acne this time? They androgens have a lot to do with it.

Yes, mine blow up when they get achy! They say your PMS symptoms are a sign of what pregnancy is going to be like for you. I'll be slightly emotional with big, painful boobs!

Yes, I was taking EPO, eating healthfully (high protein, low sugar), making sure to regularly drink soy milk, and massaging daily.

I'd like to know as well! Honestly, just about anything causes acne for me. Dodgy

My thoughts exactly! That's why I was considering re-introducing it.

Also, as to your earlier post, Scarlett has distinctive boobies! I think a lot of us would recognize them. They're so full and lovely.
