The above link is so on point of what the brown pigments residing in the colon ring around the pupil indicate.
And also, info on vitiligo.

I don't seem to have appendicitis signs In my Iris. Thank god!

Off topic- How do u keep your water kefir grains after u purchase them? Accounts differ on how to keep em. I would hate to buy them, and accidentally kill em.

I just store mine in an amber glass container and feed it can sugar or fresh juice every 3 weeks or so.
The sugar feeds them and the fridge slows the breakdown process, but keeps them alive.

Cool.

Is It true they get bigger or multiply or spread as fast a mint? If they do can we use those to replace the old ones with the more recent ones? Is that why they keep forever?

And can we use bottled water or refrigerator water when we use em?

Can we wash them?

Do I have to use a amber bottle can I use plastic or glass?

Do we have to replace the water and sugar we store them In? Can we drink that water?

Are those raisins people use In kefirs? If they are can we use any?

How do you store them after u finished using them?

Can we use Goya coconut water to keep them In? Perhaps citrus juice?

NO metal when making kefir or brew them longer than 48 hours.

IT DEPENDS HOW SMALL THEY ARE. THEY CAN GROW THAT FAST. MINE ARE SMALL RIGHT NOW, BUT THEY ARE GROWING LITTLE BY LITTLE EVERY WEEK.

And can we use bottled water or refrigerator water when we use em?

YOU JUST STORE THEM. YOU DONT NEED TO RINSE THEM BUT YOU CAN WITH SPRING WATER, NEVER TAP. IF YOU STORE THEM IN WATER, IT BETTER HAVE LOADS OF SUGAR TO FEED ON, BUT BETTER TO STORE THEM IN APPLE JUICE ETC.

Do I have to use a amber bottle can I use plastic or glass?
GLASS IS ALWAYS BEST.

Do we have to replace the water and sugar we store them In? Can we drink that water? NO NEED TO REPLACE. JUST ADD SUGAR TO FEED THEM. EVERY TWO WEEKS OR SO.

Are those raisins people use In kefirs? If they are can we use any?
RAISINS?
How do you store them after u finished using them?
JUST PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE, WHAT REMAINS FOR YOU TO KEEP. ALWAYS KEEP TH GRAINS. YOU MIGHT HAVE TO STRAIN FOR THEM AND ADD A LITTLE OF THEIR JUICE OR FRESH SUGAR WATER/JUICE TO KEEP THEM IN, IN THE FRIDGE.

YES. BLUEBERRY, APPLE WORKS REALLY WELL AND GRAPES

NO metal when making kefir or brew them longer than 48 hours.

That video was really helpful as it answered some questions which I've been trying to find out for quite a long time lol.

I have nerves rings in iris which is to with stress and tension but I rarely get stressed so I don't really understand it lol. However if I eat wheat, meat etc for a day the size of these rings reduce, the more raw I go the bigger the rings get as time goes by. So I don't really know if they are nerve rings or not...

Hi,

I'm new to this forum but i've been following this thread for a couple of days now. And i have a few questions to ask if you don't mind.
- Tibetan123 how long did it take for you to see results of your eye colour changing?
- Can true brown eyes also lighten if someone with them goes on a fullyraw diet? if so, how light would they be able to go? (I would appreciate it if someone could post pictures of true brown & the iris after undergoing the fullyraw diet)

I'm half white & half middle eastern. And both sides of my family have light irises in their family. My mother and her grandparents & siblings have blue/green/hazel eyes. Whereas only a few have light eyes on my father's side (his mother has blue/green eyes, my father has gold brownish eyes etc)

I will post a pic of my iris as soon as possible, but i don't think i have a true brown iris as i have these yellow undertones.
