I used to take 2 kelp, but then was scared of the dangerous side effects. So now I take one Kelp in the morning and Cayenne in the evening. You should definitely try Cayenne, it has helped me with weight lose from random extra weight gains from BO, SP and the such.
Sorry if this is not as helpful as the other posts here, but I thought you might like to hear from someone using Cayenne for temp and weight lose.
