strange feeling when I massage!

#1

Hello ladiesBig Grin

this is my first post here, I wanna increase my breast size especially from the upper area
I had breast lift surgery 2 years ago and the results are fantastic, I was 38D and quarter! then I lost 68lb, still pretty boobs I have and I went from 38D to my current size 34C (little bit empty from the top!! and the ribs are showing a little bit Huh

my measurments:
Hight 5'5" = 165cm
weight 148lb = 67.7Kg (goal 134lb=61Kg)
over bust: 35" (Goal 37")
bust:37" (Goal 39+")
underbust:31.5" (Goal 28-27")
waist: 30" (Goal 26")
Hips:41.6" (Goal 40"+)

any way I started my first breast treatment 2 days ago and it was confusing to me

What I did

currently I massage with rexol breast enhancing cream (100 times) at night then go to bed and listen to Rockmelon for 30 minutes
thats it!!

after few houres my bust went up to 37.5" for the first night (felt nothing)
and 38" for the second night ( was painful from squeezing and from inner tissues and still painful after 16hr)

in the morning.. it gets back to 37" or maybe 36.9!! not sure coz breasts are very squishy and easily to take or give fractions

am I doing it right?
any advice

PS: I ordered PM and MSM, I will construct a program for breasts hips and waist while losing 14lbs in 6 monthsRolleyes

Hi, welcome!

Yes, it sounds like you're doing things right, since you get swelling. Eventually that should become growth.

You have great goals, I just wanted to make sure you are realistic about them.

While many women can achieve a 26 inch waist without corseting, you have to make sure you have a frame that makes it possible.

Some women cant reach 26 without corseting.

I suggest figuring out what frame size you have, first.

I had a 25 inch waist in high school, but I have a very small frame and am 5'1''. I was also only 95 pounds, so I was unhealthy.

You don't want to set a goal that you can't reach naturally and feel frustration.

I agree totally, I do corset training and without loosing weight I managed to permanently reduce my waist 0.2" in a month
which is good to me
and when I added my waist workouts, lotions for loose skin I see better results already (have moderate shagginess due to the huge weight loss in one year without working out)

quite frankly, I am jealous of these gorgeous ladies in instagram with incredible body proportions!! Huh

One more thing, I ditched my bra for 2 days now and when I wear it yesterday at night, it felt smaller than it used to (my biibs spilled from the front area but still have the small gap from the top)

Don't get too obsessed with the measuring tape! You can start to get discouraged and maybe even wind up giving up if you don't constantly see what you want to see on it.

But I'm glad things are working out so well for you, and so quickly! Time to start shopping for new bras! Big Grin

Seems like you're doing massage right, but do yourself a big favour: Don't measure every day.
It won't show you any progress; you'll only feel dismotivated and unfortunate. The breast size varys - in the folicular phase they are normally a bit smaller..
Better measure once a month (on the same cyclus day every mont) and take comparison Pictures.
