FIRST POST NBE JOURNEY SO FAR

#1

HI EVERYONE

I'm not new to this site, my old name was nina15 and that's from when I was 16. I am now 19 and decided to take my first step in NBE at the beginning of this year. YAAAAY!

I've been doing my research and learning and gathering info literally for years, but it was worth it. I've learned from others mistakes and am still learning from my own. I wanted to wait until I was out of high school and at a consistent cup size. I've been a 34C for YEARS which isn't bad, but I've always been the smallest one in the family and i'm ready to get some boobie growth!Tongue

Currently, I am taking Sprintec birth control and noogling every other day using a 15:2 method (I hold for 15 and massage for 2 min) and so far i've had sweet results. I will but up my pictures from when I started (last month on the 23'rd) to my growth in this month to the 23'rd (today)

I just bought Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica and I plan on cycling it here in a few weeks when my period arrives, using for 15 days on the follicular stage (of course my Sprintec bc will be used everyday)
I also plan on taking 1,800mg of MSM daily

Any suggestions loves?
I'm stoked to continue on my journey with the help of you all Smile

Below are a few of my first month to second month pictures. Talk to me gals! A girl needs support!

P.S.
The first pic is now and the second one was last month
ALSO
I'd rather wear my boyfriends underwear than my own and I love to pull them up on my waist Blush

How in this world are they only a c cup?!? Your at least an e cup surely.
What are your measurements?
To me it looks like your wearing the wrong size bra from their shape the indent mid way on the sides from where the cups too narrow?
But I love how much swelling you got this means they should grow fast they look all heavy and your cleavage is closer must be at least an inch diffrence they are in your progress great results ainterol pueraria worked great for me but with birth control I didn't cycle you should get really good results because you have a lot to start with I started as a c but they looked like flatness on me.

Hey BonitaDDs! Love, you're my inspo for NBE, but you hear that a lot so moving forward Wink

Well I worked at Victoria's Secret last summer and hand my chest measured numerous times. Heck even when I go back to visit the gals just to get an update and it's been a pretty solid 28 under bust, 34 full bust, and 32.5 over bust. I was once measured at 34D, however I bought an non-padded bra and I have quite some room. I feel like my breasts look bigger than what they are because the measurement hasn't changed for me. Also I love the cleavage, and my manager advised me not to go up a size because the room that I had looked awkward even when wearing t-shirts lol. 34C it is *shrugs*

Those measurements above I just did on myself. The shape of my breasts have changed, not the size yet, but soon!

Since I take pills, could I do like you and take it everyday with breaks every now and then? Or just start on my follicular phase?

Wow thanks Im ordering more pm so I'm excited to start again soon.
Try cycling first you don't want to take too much.
Oh vs I just got back from america I got 'measured' there too firstly she measured over my bust 34 in this is a totally useless measurement unless she planned on custom making me a bra as this measurement has no relation to band size she measured over43 and came back with a 36dd it was the worst fitting ever the cups pilling and the band loose enough for me to pull it out almost arms length.
OK at a 28 under bust no bigger than a 30 band you could try 32 and sew it smaller I used to do that a lot you never add 4 inches to find band.
You have much more volume than 32.5 do you measure in a bra? I know when I wear on especially too small it can crush my breast by up to 4 inches try measure topless standing and leaning forward(use the bigger number) measuring around shoulder blades and nipples. Then count the difference for cup size I really recommend buying a correctly sized bra(try English brands) then use the swoop and scoop method to re distribute fat and reshape your breasts also they look instantly much bigger because the wrong bra is more damaging than none at all especially if your lucky to have as much as you got.
Best of luck I am sure you will have amazing results.

HAHA yeah I'm sorry about that experience you had with VS. There are many women in there who SUCK at measuring which is why I always had my manager measure me. Even the Bra specialist measured me wrong once Dodgy

An E!! Nah girl, I don't think so ha Missed Miss is right

This is a pic of one of my VS bra's in 34C. The left breast has a little room because it isn't as wide as my right, yet it appears large without a bra on Huh

I'd say DD, but certainly not E.

Lol missed miss you compare everyone to that woman you can't really get a good idea from that and do you understand a DD to E is about an inch different no different if you go down the band size.
I know for sure mine don't look my size.

I think the bras pretty but its not supporting you when a bra doesn't support it does the opposite it causes mishaping and sagging the cup is too small narrow and band too loose a 30e is nearly the same cup size as a 34c just slightly one size up in the cup that's my educated guess.
Did you ask her how she got 34 from 28in? Your not meant to add inches any more 2 is reasonable but adding 6 inches??
Vs measures wrong purposely otherwise they would have to tell too many women they didn't carry the sizes it was the manager I asked to talk to the manager after because her service was very bad I was in the fashion valley mall san diago.
Anyway a proper size will help you so much.

Thanks girl! I probably am wearing to wrong size, and I mostly wear my sports bras lately because of tenderness and it's more comfy for me. I believe what you are saying. I probably should have more coverage and I could see being a cup size larger than I think I am, but i'll wail until I get uncomfortable in my bra's and they begin to squeeze too tight to go and get another fitting. I have a full coverage 34D bra that I wear after massaging and pumping, which fits with swelling and seems to become tighter and tighter so that's a sign I could be moving on up Smile

Those websites are super helpful!
Does anyone have links to any massages I could add into my routine? I massage but I feel like I could be doing it more accurately, and it'd be a great thing for my noogleberry off days.

Here's a cleavage pic from last night Tongue
