im 20 years old.and i want to start a program with pm and maca
my current wight is 45 kg.and im size aa.(not even full a )
my goal for now is to have full a cup.or half b cup .
i heard that maca help to build more fat on the lower section
of the body.and pm help to make the breath bigger Huh
um/so i thought this would be my program -
i would take 1 dose of pm 500 mg i the morning with chocolate or milk
and on evning after i would do Workout in the gym and work on my buttocks i would takr 1 dose of maca
and before bed i would massage (5 min each)
do you have any tips for me ?
