Ever since getting fitted I've become an advocate for a bra that fits. Some benefits include a comfortable bra size and breast tissue migration which can lead to bigger breast. I thought I would post this thread for anyone who is looking for their right fit or wondering why their bra's are not comfortable. You'll need 5 measurements.
Measurements:
1. Underbust (Snug): Measure your underbust with the tape "comfortably snug" (not too tight but not loose). Keep the tape parallel to the ground.
2. Underbust (Tight): Measure your underbust with the tape as tight as possible without breaking the tape (exhale for this measurement). Keep the tape parallel to the ground.
3. Bust (Standing): Measure your bust at its fullest point while standing. Keep the tape parallel to the ground.
4. Bust (Leaning): Measure your bust while leaning over at a 90 degree angle so that you are looking at the ground. Keep the tape perpendicular to the ground.
5. Bust (Lying): Measure your bust while lying on your back.
After you've got these measurements you can plug them in to this calculator http://www.brasizecalculator.tk for an estimate.
For uneven breast measure for the largest boob.
1. Measure your under bust the same as above and take the average of the two number. If its odd you can choose to size up or down a band size
2. Measure the diameter of the largest boob starting from the root of the boob
3. Use this chart http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130...ersion.png
Make sure to swoop and scoop your boobs into the cups of your http://www.venusianglow.com/2008/04/how-...hy-it.html
If you are in disbelief of your bra size you can check out http://www.brabandproject.com which shows pictures of women in the correct bra size.

Keep in mind the measuring method is only a starting point as to what bra you should were. The only why to know if you've got the right bra size is to try it on. Not all bra's are the same and you may find that two sizes fit depending on the brand of bra.
