1st MAY UPDATE:
Phew thank goodness that's over... (kidding!)
Ok since starting hypnosis one month ago and yes its the first on side of the world
I gained all round 1cm new growth!
I didn't/couldn't commit to hypnosis every day but I also used subliminals on the off days. I did still take herbs but inconsistently also (cause that's just me).
Look forward to the other updates

I am going to update tomorrow.
We have still April 30th here.
But let me tell you, my boobs are very small lately.

its less than an inch :) id be screaming it from the rooftops if id gained an inch! :blush:

Sometimes you *think* you've shrunk or are very small but then when you see the photos it turns out that you're still larger than the month before!

Don't be too sad, peggy. Maybe hypnosis isn't the right for you, maybe herbs, the pump, massage etc. is better.
Everyone is different
But maybe its because you don't take the herbs anymore.

You are in your smaller phase now though aren't you?
Mine too after the last luteal phase seem to be smaller than usual too!!
Wont be for long though once the PM starts
