Is the hot sauce necessary? What is the seasoning you are refering to? Is it a special mixture of stuff or something you can just buy in the store like Mrs. Dash? Please give the measurements of each ingredient used in the seasoning if it's homemade? Thanks!

The hot sauce is only for taste. The seasoning is not homemade, it means seasoning you can buy in store.

I thin this receipe is pretty fatting.

Anyways, I was watching this receipe for a while but never tried it, cause I was afraid I might gain weight (the original author claims u won't gain weight from it, only grow boobs). This recipe is from a China forum, started by a modle, here is the link (in Chinese language), she claims this recipe can make you grow a cup in 3 month (without gainning weight)

http://club.women.sohu.com/r-zhenxing-35559-0-0-0.html

Some girls say it works, some girls say they gain weight from that, I myself have never tried it, though. I post it here for whoever is interested, I don't know if it's tasty or not (doesn't sound tasty to me)

Boobie potato recipe:

100g potato+ 250g soy milk + 30g walnut(even better add some soy beans)
cook them together til the potato is soft. eat everyday at supper or as night snacks.
*****stop during periods and resume again 3 days AFTER u finish ur period.
they say u can gain 1 cup size in 3 month.

this is how the girl cooks for convenience. she uses 1 pack of soya powder, cruched walnuts, 1 small potato. she cooks the chopped potato cubes w/ water until soft then add in soya podwer and walnuts. she says u will start seeing growth in couple of weeks.

any seasoning is not advised, including salt and pepper.

you may pre-cook the potato (cut in pieces) in water, then drain out water, add soy milk and walnuts cook (simmer) together for 5-10 mins.

If you use soy milk powder instead then no need drain out water when potato is done.

Fengshui, I saw the same recipe from Dr.Bra forum and I remember a lot of members were having difficulties understanding the language as China said potato and Taiwan said it was peanuts. I believe those who gained wt probably used potato and who gained boobies used peanuts. It's just my opinion thou.

The confusions came from the "name" being called.
It should be potato.
From the original recipe, the author (from China) said using ONE "tu-do",
"to-do" means potato in China and peanut in Taiwanese, that's where the confusions came from. Obviously, in this receipe if use ONE peanut deosn't even make sense even if peanuts are in lots of boobie soups (but nobay would only use "one" peanut)

Barley - Soy - Ginkgo
November 8 2006 at 5:37 PM Jenny (no login)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A popular dessert helpful for breast enhancement is barley, soybean (soya beancurd sheets) and ginkgo nut drink.
You can get these ingredients for the drink from the oriental store.
Boil the ingredients together and sweeten to taste (1 1/2 hours over slow heat).
You need to remove the "heart" or the center from the nut or else it would taste bitter.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 pint cream
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 cup chopped imitation crab meat (OPTIONAL, this is actually made of fish)
1 cup cubed tofu
1 tsp chopped parsely (for color, can be omitted)
1/4 tsp freshly grounded black pepper for taste
1/4 tsp sugar or sugar substitute (if needed)

heat all ingredients is saucepan stirring occationally until heated throughout.

Tofu is made from soybeans so it should be good boobie food. For even more soy in your diet you can substitute soymilk for the cream. You will need to use cornstarch to thicken the soup.

I tried it, but yuck, I just couldn't get it down. I figured that eating it all seperate, or at least just making potato mash with the soy milk and eating the walnuts seperate should do the same. I just haven't been able to stick to it, I like potato mash, but every day?
I have been drinking the soy milk though and that seems to help some I believe.
No idea about the soy powder.

I'm currently trying to follow the recipe. But I dont use soy milk powder, just soy milk. I haven't been constant with it, maybe ate it 3 times a week. Though I remember when I really wanted to test the recipe out and I didn't have any potatoes I just made a shake with the soy milk and walnuts and added a banana for taste. And I did have some pains the next day. But with that also I wasn't consuming daily. I think I might just do the shake when I'm lazy, because that's the real reason why I'm not consistent.

question for fengshui
August 5 2007 at 8:36 PM cutevelvet (Login cutevelvet)

hi fengshui..regarding the post u sent in the previous thread about the recipe of potato soy powder and walnuts i would like to ask,

i havent seen soy powder in uk apart from holland and barrett and that soy protein powder. there is soy flour. is the flour the same thing?

also, once you have boiled the potato do you further cook it with soy powder added or just mix the other ingredients with the potato after you have taken it off the stove...and lastly....the amount in the rrcipe..is that how much you have to consume in one day?

thank you so much..ur already such a great support and help!

or you can do this
August 5 2007, 9:18 PM

Hi, cutevelvet, I just responded in that thread, but I will post it again here.

you may pre-cook the potato (cut in pieces) in water, then drain out water, add soy milk and walnuts cook (simmer) together for 5-10 mins.

If you use soy milk powder instead then no need drain out water when potato is done.

*****any seasoning is not advised, including salt and pepper.

I am not sure if soy flour and soy powder are the same thing. the soy powder is like instant soy milk mix, just add in hot water you get your soy milk. the soy powder I can find here in USA in asain markets comes in a whole bag or little packs, I guess if you read the direction on the soy flour bag, if it says you can just add water to make soy milk, then you can use that.

>also, once you have boiled the potato do you further cook it with soy powder added or just mix the other ingredients with the potato after you have taken it off the stove...and lastly....the amount in the rrcipe..is that how much you have to consume in one day?

if you use soy powder, once the potato is done, you can turn off the stove, add in soy powder and stir it, I think you can add in walnuts anytime you want ( i don't see why not just cook potato and walnuts together then add in soy powder)
And yes, the amount is how much you eat one day, the author says it's better eat at dinner time.

if you use pre-made soy milk, just drain the water when potato is done, then pour in soy milk, simmer with potato and walnuts til it's warm.
