Introduction and Supplement Routine!

#1
Heart

Hi Everyone!

So, little introduction and my planned routine...I'm still researching different brands and methods but I'm 95% sure this is what I will be doing. Once I'm completely sure of it then I will order everything and begin tracking my progress.

This past year I got really into my fitness and became a certified personal trainer. I also began doing fitness and bikini competitions. Unfortunately, my small boobs shrank and have become soooo tiny!! Sad I guess maybe they're like AA's or small A-cup now? I don't bother wearing a bra most of the time...it's always either a sports bra (part of what I wear to work) or a bandeau. I was always satisfied with my size - sure, I would've liked to be a bit 'fuller', but my husband was always happy with a (small) handful, and he's absolutely against plastic surgery.

So! Now that I'm really unhappy with my chest I've been researching and looking into natural enhancement....here is the routine I've come up with! Any advice/opinions would be great!!

Daily:
BSC F-Cup Cream 2x morning and evening
- plus 2-3min massage around/on breast area with cream
- contains pueraria extract, hyaluronic acid, papaya enzyme, ginseng extract, soy isoflavone, hydrolyzed collagen, wild yam extract
Chinese pressure point massage:
- 20x circle massage lymph nodes in armpit
- 20x small circles massage in the center of chest to stimulate estrogen
- 1x/day, probably in the morning
Japanese Brushing massage:
- 1x/day probably at night
- brushing fat from stomach upwards to chest, from the sides to the chest, from the back/shoulder blade area to the chest
Supplements:
- Maca powder 1x/day
- CoQ10 1x/day
- Fish Oil 1x/day

Luteal Phase:
- NuBreast+ Pills: black pig placenta, hyaluronic acid, GLA (gamma linolenic acid),
- Body SOS 36C Pills: fenugreek, saw palmetto, black cohosh extract

Follicular Phase:
- BSC F-Cup Easy Pills: pueraria, soy isoflavone, papaya enzyme, hydrolized collagen, lycopene

So....it's a pretty intense regiment, but I'm so determined to make them big. Like, much, much bigger than they were before!

What do you girls (and guys maybe?) think? I've been doing a lot of research, especially on ChiyoMilk and her routine, and am super, super committed, haha. Also, in case you are wondering, here are my beginning measurements:

Chest: 32"
Cup Size: A? maybe AA....
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 99-101lbs depending on the day
Age: 24
Ethnic Background: Japanese
Body Fat%: ~11%

Hmm...if you want to know anything else, just ask! This was all I could think of at the moment. Side note: Body fat% is a big part of why my cup size decreased so drastically, and I'm fully, fully aware of this. However, as I'm currently training for, and plan to continue, doing fitness competitions, theres not much I can do about that. I'm hoping the natural supplements and methods will be able to help me grow to at least a B-cup size during my "on" season, and then "off season" I can put a little more fat back on and be like a C-cup.....who knows, maybe I will get really good results and be a D?!!!! (That would be ah-mazing!!!!)

Also, the largest I've ever been is a 32C cup size. At that time I weighed ~110lbs and was not working out at all, so my body fat% was probably around 23-25%..... Sad

Thanks everyone! Can't wait to read your responses!
