just thought i'd make a thread for any type of boobie food. most of the ones i'll put on here are estorgen ladden.
home made soy milk- my own way of making it
makes a few large cups or so
1 cup dried organic soybeans
6 ups water
1 vanilla bean or 2tbps organic honey(optional- flavoring)
1 blender
1 or 2 nylon anklet stockings
1 medium or large pot
1 juice jug
1 small-medium mixing bowl
first take one cup of dried organic soybeans which can be found at most natural health food stores, like nutters. and put the soy beans in with enough water to cover the soybeans by about 2 inches. leave it over night, un covered.
the next morning the soybeans should hav expanded 2-4 times their original size. drain the water and rinse very well, the outter shell should be split or falling off, discard the shells and keep rinsing about t-3 times total. put the soybeans on your blender with about 6 cups of water or so, you your own judgment. blend until itsd a watery/ grainy consinstancy, you want the soybeans to be fine-ish grains. take your nylon and our the mixture into the stocking, this may have to be done in batches as the nylons are smaller than nut bags. holding the nylon over the pot gently twist and squeeze the bag, forcing the liquid out, you may have to puch the soy downwards, do this until the okara (soy pulp) is a pile of damp grians, there should be no liquid at all left in it, but its okay if its a bit damp.
you may throw the okara(soypulp out, or you can dry it on a baking sheet and use it in yogurt, cookies, breads, chicken shake and bake, ect. it also works as an excelent addition to composte.
take the liquid, which should have no pulp in it, and ou tit in a medium-large pot if you havent already done so. put on your stove over medium heat about 20 mins until it starts to boil, once its simmering you should add you vanilla bean or honey, don't add too much honey or it will be very sweet. once it starts to boil, remove from heat and our into jug. you can either drink it warm or let it cool.
just a note. when i make mine it tends to smell strongly lke grass, but i thinks that just normal. you can also continue cooking the soy milk and make tofu, buut that s a more complicated procedure. i havent personally tried to make tofu yet but the following website has greate instructions and pictures on how to do so, AND it will cost less money!
this is far better than buying it as there are no preservatives, additives, chemicals or harmful sabstances, you will imediately tell/taste the difference between store bought and homemade.
that was my first shared recipe, hope you enjoy it

2 cans (28 oz. each) peeled tomatoes, coarsely chopped with juice
1 med. onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, sliced very thin
20 fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
1 lb. whole wheat pasta- penne or spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste
Serves 6
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, warm about 1/3 cup of the juice from the tomatoes. Add the onions and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. If the tomato juice is bubbling too much, turn the heat down to medium. Add the remaining tomatoes and their juice. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add basil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss with sauce and serve immediately.
most of these ingredients are boobie friendly.

Summer Soy Smoothie
This refreshing treat is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to introduce soy protein into your diet. It's also a perfect example of how using soy powder and soy milk lets you turn many standard recipes into soy sources.
2 cups fresh strawberries
¾ cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 scoops soy protein powder
(plain or flavored)
Simply combine ingredients in a blender, cover and blend at high speed until smooth and frothy.
Serves 2.
Nutritional information per serving: 190 calories
1 gram fat,
133 milligrams sodium
Seriously Seared Tofu
The brief searing at high heat traps the flavorful marinade in the tofu, making for great flavor and an attractive presentation. Fresh herbs are easy to come by during summer, and they truly make a difference. If you must use dried herbs, halve the amounts.
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro ½ cup slivered fresh basil
½ cup low-sodium soy sauce ¼ cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
¼ cup chopped fresh mint 1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons molasses 1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon curry powder 4 garlic cloves, minced
2 packages firm tofu (10 to 12 ounces each) drained
Cooking spray
6 cups hot cooked angel-hair pasta (12 ounces dry)
Whisk the first 10 ingredients together in a medium-size bowl to make a marinade. Cut each block of tofu into 4 slices and turn gently in the marinade. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Coat a non stick skillet with cooking spray and bring to high heat. Reserving the marinade, carefully add the slices of tofu to the skillet and brown for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the tofu and cover with foil to keep warm. Lower the heat under the skillet to medium and add the marinade. Simmer for 3 or 4 minutes, until warmed through. Ladle the pasta onto plates, add tofu, and pour the heated marinade over all.
Serves 4.
Nutritional information per serving: 430 calories
7 grams fat
900 milligrams sodium.
there is a website that features tons of soy recipes, which is good because soy has one of the highest amounts of phyto-estrogens out of all the boobie foods.
