Hello NBErs!

#1

Hey,

I'm aiming for a few more inches on my bust. I'm not quite 18 yet so I want to steer clear from the herb route. I'm going to try and see if I can grow using massage, subliminals & binaurals and good diet. I've grown a bit with massage, some was permanent and some wasn't, so I want to see what I can do with consistency. I might make a program page to encourage me. Hoping my NBE journey gives massive results and I wish the same for yours too!

Hey welcome!
Its great to hear massage is working for you try different types of massage if you get stuck it could restart more growth.
Since you are nearly 18 you could try herbs soon if you wanted most recommend m
Minimun 18years as long as you went late starting period your fine.
None hormonal supplements like msm might be helpful too.
Good luck

Thanks for the reply Bonita! I love your program and your results are just wow. I was considering getting MSM and I'll think about the herbs.

Hey Kinoko!

I think I got three inches in around/less than four months. Then I got crazy about NBE and started switching my program up and the results were lackluster. Simplicity is best I guess. Yeah, this forum is amazing - the optimism, the people and the wealth of information.

Thanks and good luck with yours too. Smile

You can always try grocery store asparagus. Fenugreek and fennel are also available at grocery stores as spices. Also good nutrition.

Yes and spearmint too if you have high androgens!
How do you use asparagus for nbe?

There is a lot of folklore about Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) on how they prepare it in ayurveda. Its similar to common asparagus. I think it can also be eaten or infused in olive oil then applied topically like some herbs.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll research the fennel and asparagus. Apparently fenugreek has a strong maple syrup scent and I don't have syrup with anything so that'd be hard to explain. I don't think I have high androgens but I'll check the symptoms.
