Hi Ladies
I found this forum to be very helpful and I would like to share my one month experiences and other things which might be useful for ladies who start out quite flat like me.
I started Bountiful Breast a month ago and took a very basic sea kelp supplement with your typical other supplements like ALA, collagen, vitamins etc.
I don't have any symptoms to suggest I have a thyroid problem even though my body temp is normal and quite constant. I don't believe in raising your body temp unnecessarily high. Mine is about 36.6 usually.
I started BB on day 3 of my last cycle and just got my period yesterday. No changes to my cycle. Yay! No PMS
I started using Isosensuals about 2 weeks ago and it was only recently that I found that if you dip a muslim cloth in boiled water and apply it to your boobs before applying the cream, the results are very very good! So good that I'm motivated to do this twice a day, even after a shower.
I noticed that noogling should be done when you are feeling warmer, like after exercising or stretching. My boobs feel more expanded.
Spearmint tea really helps keep me acne free. I drink it twice a day. Typically after my protein shakes to help with digestion. I love Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. Use a blender, it's more convenient
I have a home use fat cavitation machine, LOL. It worked for my thighs in the past. I haven't had the time to use it since working on my boobs now but if you have time, check out the panda fat cavitation machines.

I've recently come across a doctor in Medan, Indonesia who specialises in fat grafting. He has tons of videos on Youtube and I'm very impressed. Saving up to try it on myself someday. I saw that some of his patients had body types like mine and yet they saw great results. And unlike breast augmentation, fat grafting is more natural and fills out places where you need more body fat.

Overall, my boobs feel very full even though it's not obvious in the mirror. NBE does work and it takes lots of patience and perseverance.
Hang in there ladies
Hope to post more updates and pictures in future
Yours,
Jessie
