My PM journey which has just begun.

Thanks hun. I tried it for half an hour this morning. Felt strange but I'll get used to it. I can only seem to pump for 3 mins on each then release as it is tiring to keep pumping for 7 minutes haha. When I stop pumping it loses suction too but I guess I'll just do it my own way and see what happens :-P.. What method do you use hun? I think someone mentioned that you can air-lock the cups when twist the little green things on the front of the cup but I'm not sure how to do that lol. How are you coming along? xx

Yeah, it definitely feels strange at first, but you'll adjust.

I massage first, drink some water to help with swelling, then pump until the top of my breast starts to touch the top of the cup. Then I detach the hose and push in the green airlock. All you have to do is push it in, you don't have to twist it. I repeat on the other side. I leave them like that for 7 minutes, then I release the air, remove the cups, and massage for a bit before repeating. I try to do that for an hour or so. It's improved the shape and size of my breasts, for sure! Looking forward to the day when I can fill the cups.

Oh wow BB, my boobs never touch the top! I don't use much pressure though, it gets super red from 4 pumps and anything more than that turns blue in a second. They touch all sides though so sometimes I think maybe I need wider ones? I get red marks over the tissue and not under it. Waiting to touch the top first before I move up a cup size.

Really?! I can do like 10 pumps, no problem (sometimes even more). My boobs like it rough, I guess. I wonder about touching the sides, too, and needing bigger cups. Sometimes I have to fight to get suction with my left breast because the cup can't quite engulf it enough to press to my chest cavity. I wonder if I'll need to graduate to the large contoured Noogleberry cups sooner than I thought...

Hahaha yes your boobs do like it rough! Maybe over time id be able to pump more but so far, low pressure is what works for my boobs. How long does the swelling last for you after an hour of pumping?

You're getting results with low pressure, so it definitely works for you! It's better that way, so you don't accidentally hurt your breasts. I honestly don't know how long the swelling lasts; I try to ignore it so I don't get discouraged into thinking 'Aw, it should have lasted longer! This isn't working!'

Thanks for that hun :-). I just need to get used to the pumping and not be scared of it lol! I'm going to spend an hour tonight experimenting with the cups and try the method you use. I don't seem to be a larger measurement than 33 inches but I really think the pumping will help that along :-). I also wonder if I should add something else into my regimen such as pc but its hard to know when I haven't tested my hormones. Also when I was on the POP pill I lost all my growth and other people have had great success with that and PM. That makes me think I don't need anymore progesterone as I have enough already but I might be wrong. It's all trial and error in this game!

You're welcome! Over time, your swelling will increase. Good luck figuring things out!
