Everyone here talks about cycle days, you should start on your 1st day of your cycle, 3rd day of cycle etc. Does that mean menstural cycle? 1st day of cycle means 1st day of mensturation?

Yes the common topic on cycle is our menstrual cycle Wink. And yes the 1st day of cycle falls on our 1st day of menstrual cycle.
