New Member Frustrated with her Bras

#1

Hello everyone, I just stumbled across this site the other day and have plunged headfirst into the world of NBE! :0
I am really frustrated with my boobs - for the past 2 years I have only been wearing Victoria's Secret Bombshell bras, the ones that are supposed to add 2 cup sizes, because I hate the shape of my boobs. They are really wide set so I don't even get a hint of cleavage without a bra. Well I have gained about 30 lbs since last fall which I am working on getting rid of right now o.O so my bras are really really tight. I've been wearing 38C. I've been home alone this week and studying for a big upcoming exam I'm taking in July, so I decided to go bra free this week to let em breathe from the too tight bras. I now realize I have like a permanent line under my boobs from the strap, and two permanent lines on my back from the strap. I quickly ordered some kinda comfort bra from Playtex on Amazon in 40C and I'm too scared to put my bombshells back on lol. My boobs look pretty good in the bombshell bras but I'm not confident because I know how they look underneath.

I'm so frustrated trying to find my size. I don't own a single bra without crazy padding to take measurements with, so I measured wearing no bra and I'm 37 under the bust if I keep the tape parallel to the floor, and a 43 across the bust if I lean forward since I'm not wearing a bra. So I cam up with 38DD.. it doesn't seem right.. and I'm afraid of the 38 strap since that's what has been slicing into me and leaving permanent marks :/ I also don't think I could fill the cups of a D let alone a DD.. I'd really have to scoop and push and tuck all I've got in there lol.

Did I measure right? Will going up a cup size make the same band size more comfortable? I also realized that I ALWAYS wear my bras on the tightest set of hooks, from when I first buy them to a year later lol.. this is probably not what I'm supposed to do >_> Hope someone can help, and thanks in advanceSmile

Here's a pic of my sad boobs with my permanent line (after being bra-free for 2 days) and my extra 30 lbs :*(

38dd sounds right the 38c was digging in because the cup was too small also you should start wearing bras on the loosest hook and it should be comfortably tight and supportive then after it stretch's no longer feeling right go down to tighter hooks. look at mine I'm 44/45 in chest and mine I think look normal size too so Im happy to see you have similar bust and look of size to me most girls here have 34 and they look big it confuses me.
I think you have a really nice shape.
I go braless often too you could try a non wired bralet that's my normal go to if I wear something that needs one because they don't normally have wire so they are comfy and don't matter what shape breast shape I get a good cleavage in mine I'll put a PIC up at some point.

Yep, you look DD to me. I didn't believe it when I found out my correct size is 30DD, but it works! And it works waaaaay better than the Victoria's Secret 34B I was wearing.

Hi there Smile
If you don't like a too snug band I think maybe a 40 band would be fine depending on how stretchy the bra fabric is Big Grin good luck! Your boobs are beautiful by the way, don't ever think they're not!
