NEED ADVICE: SHRINKAGE (NO WEIGHT LOSS, NEVER BEEN PREGNANT)

#1

Hi, I'm pretty new to the forum, been through almost all threads, and still need some advice. My breasts were 32DDDs up till I was 18, and at that point I was only 105 lbs at 5'6''. I eventually gained weight and now I'm at a stable 120 lbs, but instead of growing my breasts have shrunk to a 32C!! SadDodgy I've been to see specialists but they cannot give me an answer to my problem. I tried changing my diet, cutting out sugar and gluten, training my chest area, massages but they're still shrinking. Two weeks ago they were 32D and now down to a 32C. I did the hormone imbalance test online (they don't have saliva tests where I'm from) and I suspect low estrogen, lower progesterone with estrogen dominance, excess androgens and cortisol deficiency. I'm planning to take PM and use PC and also noogling. But before I get started, would you guys please give me some input to my problem or link me to a similar thread. I would really appreciate your help because I'm so close to breaking down right now!

They look much more like DDD/e than a c cup to me I think maybe the shrink could be because now puberty is over your hormones lowered and balanced so you lost swelling maybe the shape changed probably less than you think they really do still look much bigger than c what are you underbust and overbust standing and leaning forward measurement?
But your program sounds good and if they were previously bigger your results should be good and quick.

underbust- 27
leaning forward- 34.5
at nipple (standing upright)- 33.5
overbust- 30.5

Thanks for your reply! i think that picture taken with my laptop looks a lot bigger so i've attached another.

I recently got measured at La Senza and 32C fits perfectly for certain cuts, while others I needed a bigger size. My breasts are really soft, I think it's mostly fats. I have very little upper boob and I hate how the shape makes it look saggy and smaller than it is, and how my boobs move to the side without a bra. I've been known to swell up to a size bigger when it's close to my periods so I figured it must be hormone deficiency maybe.

Sounds more like you need a 28dd/e or 30d/dd you are tiny with big boobs and the shape is beautiful I'm jealous haha.
You should get serious results with nbe starting so big quite a few girls are using pm right now look at aquaarab, ceci, lovedebbi and my programs if you want.

I think PM is a good idea. Also pumping will definitely help! There are a lot of chest exercises that you can do that will lift the girls up and push them forward. Smile

I'm no expert but if you are worried about it being your hormones... which is completely understandable because I walked into my gyno with acne/dark facial hair and got a "normal" back... you might want to take something to balance hormones like Maca root. You could also do something for collagen production as well like MSM. Maybe take the MSM internally and break open a capsule and use it in a massage cream?

Also are you on birth control? Are you cycling your PM? If your hormones are out of balance you don't want to make them worse!

You have the same measurements as me but your boobs look bigger - I'm a 32D. I'd say whatever bra you were wearing before you took the second pic was too small - it's left quite pronounced impressions!

The same thing happened to me when I was very stressed. What helped for me was working on lowering cortisol by learning how to chill out, eating more fats & protein and going on bcp. i know it's a quick-fix, but's a way to know your hormones are balanced. then you can add topicals/adaptogens etc on top of that. I also took spearmint to fight androgens and I'll lay that on heavy when I come off bcp. Progesterone cream alone made my boobs even smaller, so I'd be careful with that! There's also bovine ovary which I think is good for those with low hormone levels. Best to get a panel done anyway.

This is my first thread where I was going through the same thing as you:http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=16718. Make of it what you will. I don't think it pm & pc worked for me but that could have been for v many reasons. I tried to put detail in about what I was doing so maybe you can spot what I did wrong. I have another thread now and I've had more success with bcp & goat's rue & spearmint, and putting on weight and going on better anti-anxiety meds. A lot of extraneous variables so i'll leave it up to you to decide what was the magic key Smile

ps - your boobs look great, if mine were like that I wouldn't worry about them, but I understand that you know them and know they've changed from before!

Omgosh guys I'm so grateful for your replies. I feel like I'm not in this alone! Blush Anyways, I'll go through the threads that you suggested and I'm looking at different herbs now. Could you recommend brands which you used that have worked for yourself? About my bra size, they don't have band size 30 over here. And because I have very little upper boob so I can only wear half cups properly. Really, they look super small in person. My friend jokingly said I wouldn't get a guy the other day and it really hurt Sad

Sounds like your friend is slightly jelly.

For brands I like Swanson's and Now Foods. Also I use the Ainterol PM which seems to be the best. All are available on Amazon.
