My boyfriend went to Macao with me... There is actually jumped off one of the worlds tallest building for bungee jumping! They took pictures and gave him a free t-shirt afterwords with a nice cold beer. lol

OMG you actually went to bungee jump in Macau. I went to Macau and Hong Kong last year too around September and I saw that building that facilitate this kind of activity. I don't have the courage to jump off the building like that even if somebody were to pay me tonnes of money. I don't like the gravity when you go all the way down with speed, I honestly think I will pass out!

Hey, there is mega sales in Hong Kong in the month of July. LOL! Maybe you should make a plan to come. I will meet you there.

BTW, I added chlorella into my daily supplement. Now I get both my chlorella and spirullina from swanson vitamins. I forgot how many time I mention them but I am at all not trying to advertise for them. Just that good and cheap things are meant to be shared.

I didn't do it. My boyfriend did. He's crazy. I think I would also have passed out from it. I felt woozy just looking at the pictures of him jumping. lol XD

I really want to go to Hong Kong, but sadly as a student I don't have money of my own. Have to wait til I start working. I would love to go shopping, see the sites and eat til I'm fat there. I love any form of Chinese food. It was my comfort food when I lived in the US around the Chinese community (Vietnamese, Taiwanese, etc)

What is the spirullina for? Like what does it do?

I actually take chlorella to cleanse my blood. I eat too many sweets and have too much alcohol so my triglycerides get high, so this stuff helped to lower it a lot.

LOL! Make a plan I will meet you there. I can bring you to all the nice food in store in Hong Kong and Macau. I do agree they have very nice food. You should try the pungent tofu if you go there. Is so stinky when they cook it. It smell like a stinky drain. But when you put it in your mouth it is awesome. I got addicted to it when I was in Hong Kong I ate one every single day. Gosh I am so going to eat it again this time though I promise myself last year I won't. LOL!

Spirulina is actually a type of algae that contain ample of minerals and vitamins. It works like multi-vitamins just that is wholesome instead of extracts.

Chlorella is good to detox the liver too. It is able to get rid of some of the hormone residue that we take.

Officially 4 months into BB pills. Each week the tingles, growing pain and spasm are different unlike herbs you can pretty much predict the pain and soreness you experience. BO is kind of unpredictable. Yesterday I was having strong tingle spasm which cause me to jump a little in surprise each time. I was having it on both breast. It is as though they rotate to torture me. I am in my office and I am not able to do something that is very obvious. My colleague might think I was possess. It was so irritatingly painful I wish I could kick it with my legs.

I didn't manage to get my liver and gallbladder flush as per plan but it is going to happen in July after all my tour and trip. So end of this month where my new cycle begin I am going to do a quick cleanse with milk thistle. Can't wait for my growth spurt to start. I am looking forward the whole time.

Btw, just for the record, I understand that I am suppose to stay away from anything related to soy. I am trying my best but I still end up having tofu for snack every now and then. It haven't really do harm for my growth so far.

It has been raining cats and dogs this week over here.

Anyway, I have ovulate last week. How I know? Ovulation cramp says hello to me. Not that bad just I can feel it. Soreness and some measurable growth too after that.

Ramp up my DIM-plus pills from 2-4 this time too. So I am practically doing 2 pills before ovulation and 4 pills after ovulation. Did I mention I have a nasty nose bleed during my recent menstrual. I suspect the additional DIM cause it so I ramp it down. I have nose bleed every now and then when my menstrual is near started 2 years ago after I came back from Beijing China (the temperature there was too dry and too low). Not the bad kind just traces of blood is there. It happens when my body dehydrate too much. And yes menstruation makes my body dehydrates.

Menstrual is going to be around the corner next week. I will state my measurable growth after menstrual.

That seems kind of strange that you dehydrate when you get your period. Maybe from the blood lose? Is that your only symptom for your period, besides that and cramps?
I usually drink lots of water and take iron supplements when I get my period. I also lose all appetite and feel crampy and migraines, but the migraines disappeared last time.

Wao thats got to be though, the bleeding nose, my period is the most horrible thing for me, i get this horrible cramps, like for the first two days, and i ALWAYS puke on the first day, i also suffer from lost of apetitte, i can go a whole day, sometimes too without eating anything.

Good luck on your growth, and when did you decided to ramp up, to 4 bb pills, and why??
