Herbs - Age

#1

What age are you supposed to be when you want to try herbs for nbe?
I'm turning 19 in a few days. My period started when I was at the end of 12/ beginning of 13. My breasts started to develop then, too. They had one growth spurt- I was an AA or below than.
When I look back now I think my breasts had grown from 14 to 16 about 2cm or something naturally. Still an AA Cup!
When I came across The Secret and tried affirmations and imaginations I noticed some growth - 4cm, 3 of them were permanent. I also tried saw palmetto globulis and I've grown 1 or 2 cm.

Since starting NBE (massaging, noogling,MSM) I've grown 3cm so far.

I won't have time for noogling in the next year, so would it be ok i I try herbs? Like shatavari (asparagus), chasteberry and maca.

I don't think I'll develop more, as my breasts underwent all tanner stage (from the nipple colour! i have inverted nipples)...

I don't see why not Smile
I have read on here a few times that you should be 21 to start herbs... but if you are totally sure that you are done with puberty- then go for it!

It is a phytoestrogen and helps to normalize estrogen. It also highers prolactin and is adaptogen.

Thanks, so I'll start with herbs when I don't have time to noogle anymore Big Grin
I was just scarred to get an hormonal imbalance.

If you started your period early then late teens but if you were a late bloomer then maybe mid twenties. It all depends on when you feel you're done growing or about done. I started herbs about a month before my 19th birthday. The most important thing with herbs is to listen to your body. If you start having weird hormonal symptoms then it's probably not the best for you. A lot of people would also suggest a hormone test and that's all good but I never took one and the herbs have actually helped balance my hormones.

I started when i was 18) and it helped me lower the testosterone level, though it's still high for a woman, i'm still working on it. (i'm 20 now)

Thank you both!
It's nice to hear from young people around my age that are taking herbs Smile
I've undergone a hormone test last week.

usually there is a "lump"/bud in the breasts when they beginn to develop. Does that stay?
