Isosensuals, Bountiful Breasts, fat cavitation, fat grafting

#1

Hi Ladies

I found this forum to be very helpful and I would like to share my one month experiences and other things which might be useful for ladies who start out quite flat like me.

I started Bountiful Breast a month ago and took a very basic sea kelp supplement with your typical other supplements like ALA, collagen, vitamins etc.

I don't have any symptoms to suggest I have a thyroid problem even though my body temp is normal and quite constant. I don't believe in raising your body temp unnecessarily high. Mine is about 36.6 usually.

I started BB on day 3 of my last cycle and just got my period yesterday. No changes to my cycle. Yay! No PMS

I started using Isosensuals about 2 weeks ago and it was only recently that I found that if you dip a muslim cloth in boiled water and apply it to your boobs before applying the cream, the results are very very good! So good that I'm motivated to do this twice a day, even after a shower.

I noticed that noogling should be done when you are feeling warmer, like after exercising or stretching. My boobs feel more expanded.

Spearmint tea really helps keep me acne free. I drink it twice a day. Typically after my protein shakes to help with digestion. I love Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. Use a blender, it's more convenient Smile

I have a home use fat cavitation machine, LOL. It worked for my thighs in the past. I haven't had the time to use it since working on my boobs now but if you have time, check out the panda fat cavitation machines.

I've recently come across a doctor in Medan, Indonesia who specialises in fat grafting. He has tons of videos on Youtube and I'm very impressed. Saving up to try it on myself someday. I saw that some of his patients had body types like mine and yet they saw great results. And unlike breast augmentation, fat grafting is more natural and fills out places where you need more body fat.

Overall, my boobs feel very full even though it's not obvious in the mirror. NBE does work and it takes lots of patience and perseverance.

Hang in there ladies Smile

Hope to post more updates and pictures in future

Yours,

Jessie

Hi everyone

Just an update and correction to a post I made earlier.

I've just finished 2 months of BB.

In the first month, I thought my cycle was normal but it turned out to be spotting. I had spotting from Days 33 to 38 before my period came.
I was told by Jules from BB that this is normal and that my body is reacting to the BB well.

I didn't have extra acne, my skin was usually oily and was the same during the first month. But I noted they there were some bumps on my chest and jawline which I felt were hormonal and caused by BO.

In the second cycle, I added PC from days 14 to 26. The first day I applied PC, my body reacted to it. I was tired and I think I had a minor out break.

But fortunately, it was fine after a few days. I only had one day of spotting and my cycle was back to 33 days, the usual before I started BB.

I also drank more spearmint tea in my second month. It cleared up my skin.

My boobs really expanded in the later half of the second month of BB but as after my period started, they sort of deflated. Does anyone know why?

I feel that my chest looks the same as before but it feels meatier. Not the fatty kind, but slightly more filled out and rounder. Small but round and perky.

I also experimented with 2 DIM capsules in the luteal phase of the second month. They didn't deflate my breasts but did help with constipation.

Persevering on!

Jessie

After 4 months on Bountiful Breasts BO, I'm happy to report that my breasts feels fuller, even when my period came.

I've learnt and observed a few things which worked for me.

1) It's ok not to noogle. I stopped noogling for a while as I didn't have time.

2) It's ok not to take protein shakes everyday if you have a balanced diet.

3) MSM is a must. Love it too much. Same for collagen with HA.

4) Progesterone cream is a must. Applying it initially will create some estrogenic side effects but after a cycle, I'm pretty balanced now. I apply 20mg at the same time from days 13 to 26.

5) Balanced hormones are necessary for building boobs. I take DIM everyday and increase it whenever I put on water weight or start to feel moody or have acne. Listen to your body.

6) Signs of balanced hormones include higher libido and no PMS. You can have higher levels of hormones but must be careful to keep them balanced.

Cheers

Thanks for your updates! I bought progesterone cream myself but I am unsure if I really need to use it. What made you decide that you needed it? How do you usually apply it on your body (how much, how often, on which areas?)

Also, what kind of MSM do you take? I have the capsule form that I eat one of in the morning before any meals. I was wondering if there was an "optimized" time and method to take MSM.
