Hi everyone, as many of you know i am male but ive been living as a woman for, god i cant remember lol a long time and i am waiting to have the operation to make me a woman. Now if i was on the NHS is this country it could take 3 or 4 years to get the operation so i chose to go down the private route but its still a long wait, it could be another year or so yet maybe longer. Ok i have a massive decision and im really unsure what to do and would love other peoples opinions on this. I have been intouch with a private clinic in another country and its a very good one with alot of references and everything checks out, i have done alot of checking on this lol, now i spoke to a specialist surgeon at the clinic and he has basicaly said if i can show him a refferel from my gender specialist that he would do my operation, as soon as i can get there now im so tempted by this but i dont know, its alot of money which i can get but it will put me in a little debt but nothing major, i have my reference from my specialist and i feel ready and i keep convincing myself more and more to do it. I would love any opinions on this as i need a push either way, my friends have all said to do it but they know how much i want it and might be abit biased and i know i will get exellent advice on here either way. I know the transgender surgeons in the US do it with referrals from gender specialists, what kind of operation are you going for? Is it the one where they use your penis in the construction of the vagina? If so that can make it very realistic and you will have a clit just like we do, it's made from the nerves and such from your penis head, that's what they do in the US, but yes the operations either way you are going is very expensive. What I would do is make a list of pros and cons, if the pros outweigh the cons, go for it! Can you get a loan maybe so you can make payments instead of going out of pocket all at once? Maybe that would help. If I were a male and wanted to be female, which I'm sure I would if I were born male... I would try my damnest to make it happen. But still be careful, any type of surgery is risky, make sure you are going with a good surgeon! I'm sure the ones in Thailand would know the most with this since there are sooo many ladybois there! And most of them you would never be able to tell were born male, so they must know their stuff! Either way I hope it works out for you and you get the results you are looking for. I have seen a post op transgender's vagina cause she asked me if it looked normal, and I could barely even tell she wasn't born female! They did such a good job on her, they used the head to make the clit, and the skin and flesh from the scrotum to make the lips and such, it was an amazing job, she went to some surgeon in northern USA. I hope you get amazing results as well though. And btw, she told me she has orgasms too! From rubbing the clit and from penetration! And she gets wet! I think it's fascinating they can do that. But going from female to male, we can get rid of our breasts, start having facial hair, etc. but they can't make penises for born females like they can make vaginas for born males yet, so you are lucky you aren't female wanting to be male!

Hi Anastasia, thanks for the reply hun,im sort of 95% made my mind up to have it done, ive been very carefull and checked the surgeon and the clinic and i have even spoke to a transexual who had the operation there and they said there very good, they sent me an infomation pack and it contained references from other patiants who have gave there permision to be contacted as a reference and i thought this was exellent, it is alot of money, but i do have most of it and i have a loan waiting for me for the rest and a little bit extra for the flight and stay. I do want it very badly, what i have down there now is of no use to me what so ever lol and i hate it now, if i decide to have it done then i will fly out next sunday but i am suppose to be going on holiday in a couple of weeks so i would have to cancel that but i think i would enjoy a holiday alot more if i did not have to worry about someone noticing my bulge even though its small now lol so i could go later in the year i suppose, god i still dont know, anyway thanks hun i really enjoy your advice because your very straight talking and i like that so thank you.

They have special undies and bikini's for transexuals that hide the bulges no matter how small or big lol. They start with a g I can't remember the name grrr I'm thinking gaff but that doesn't sound right. I seen them on amazon and a few other transexual friendly places. There are plenty of shops online. If you want to go on vacation before the surgery that's an option.

they don't have a big selection there, but I'm sure if you went on google and searched them and looked for crossdressing and transexual clothing stores you'd find some good stuff

Thanks Anastasia, i do have some underwear like this and to be honest i dont have much of a bulge anymore so its not a massive problem but it would be nice to wear some skimpy bikini pants when i go on holiday and thats still a no, no at the minute while i am still male lol but thank you so much for looking for me hun. I have kind of made my mind up to have it done, the clinic can get me in on the 11th of may, i have had to send all my medical history and notes from my specialist over to the surgeon and i will have to have a consultation and examination before the op so there is a chance i could go there and not be able to have the op anyway but im willing to take that chance as ive set my heart on this now and i have already paid a deposit on the operation so my holiday is on hold untill am healed which will take a while but im very excited and very scared, so wish me luck lol.

Thanks hun, i think i might need some tips lol i have to admit i have really missed sex in general since i started my change so i guess i am kind of excited about it and what it will be like lol so i will keep my fingers crossed that my operation goes well and hopefully i will be able to orgasm but i have to wait atleast 6 months before i can have sex boo lol. Hi Mel, thanks hun, i am going through with it, i am flying out on sunday and hopefully if all goes well i will be having the op on wednesday, i am very excited and worried but its something i really want now and i know there is alot of risks but im in good hands and all my aftercare is being done here in the uk through my gender clinic, im going to be of work for a while so i think ill be on here all the time lol as i think ill be very bored.
