Mmmmm, chocolate is definitely something I always have an appetite for! I have some chocolate whey protein that I haven't been taking advantage of. Maybe I should start. Oh, I forgot, one time I made an avocado smoothie with vanilla whey protein, and it was so good and so smooth! Avocados are quite fatty, so I should probably do something like that again.
Thanks, isobasic! I'll be glad when this period of my life is over.

Hey BB, here is a recipe which I like, it tastes like chocolate pudding, but is healthy:

YES! Thank you, peggy! I love recipes like this, that work in a veggie or fruit for a dessert and keep the sugar low. I've been trying to collect vegan dessert recipes. I'll be trying this one for sure. Looks so yummy! And it's easy to make! Can't wait to try it.

You are welcome. You can also use some dates instead of honey (this is what I do). Instead of almond milk you can use cows milk or coconut milk. Tastes yummy and is healthy.

I have agave nectar, so I'll try that, but the dates are a good idea! Dates taste so good, like candy. I plan on using cow's milk and topping it with chopped walnuts. I'm all excited about trying this! I've been wanting to work avocados into my diet AND I've been wanting to try making healthy desserts, so this recipe is the perfect fit!

Hey BB, I know this is off topic but I was wondering how you're doing with the coconut oil and cocoa butter mixture? Is it making you break out at all?

Hey Kristin00, not off-topic at all. I'm doing great with it so far. Chest is perfectly clear.

That's great! My chest has been breaking out quite a bit again.

Not sure if it is due to exercising more and getting sweaty there or from the coconut oil I've been massaging with. CO seemed to really make my face break out but when I'd used it on and off on my chest it seemed ok. Thinking I'll use something else for a while and see if that's what it was. Glad you're having good luck with it though!

Especially since now, I'm doing a new workout for my glutes. I can only imagine the double effect of the workout + the maca. Yikes. But like you said, if I notice something I don't like, I can always stop taking it. I don't want to waste money like I did on spearmint, though, and risk acne... UGH, herbs leave me feeling so conflicted! Really want the boost they give, though.
I haven't been keeping up with my routine at all because life got extremely difficult for a while. It's just now kind of coming back to normal, so I'm going to get back at it. But I got ridiculously stressed out and depressed, and it was all I could do to get up in the morning, much less keep up with my program. :/ It really seems like right now is a bad time in my life for NBE, but I'm going to keep trying!
Thanks for asking.
Glad you are feeling better now.
Maca should help to shape/lift your butt if you exercise but you won't get a big ass from it.

At least that's what I understood. I don't want to have a big butt either, but I want my butt more lifted and round, which is very sexy in my opinion. Something like that:
I am sure you won't end up looking like her:

I agree with you, lifted and round is sexy. That's what I want, a lifted look. *cringes at the second picture* LOL. I'm scared...
