So for my ainterol regimen, I start taking it after the last day of my period, and take it for 14 days then stop. Well, this round, I took it as usual for 14 days and started taking 2 fenugreek pills and drinking spearmint tea. It's literally been 8 days since I stopped the ainterol and my period began again. If I'm supposed to start the ainterol again, it'll be less than 14 days since I stopped. Is it still ok to take them this early or should I wait? Has this happened to anyone? If so, what did you do?
