Hi all,

I am going to try Pueraria Mirifica and cycle it like others have advised. Just wondering, how long should I expect to have to take it for to see results that last? I know everyone's body is different and will respond differently to it, but is there a general rule of thumb when it comes to this? Also wondering, has anyone stopped taking it and lost growth after stopping?

1-3 months then you will probably see something I grew a lot with it it was all permenant, if you are starting a below a cup it will take a little longer possibly to first show results but it seems like you will be OK.
