GROWING PAINS??? HELP

#1

I tend to swell during my monthly, I have never measured to see how much but right now I am swollen more than usually and rather than slight soreness and tenderness I am actually in pain. I have been sticking to my usually program but this time I have gained 2 inches since the last time I measured as you can see in the most bottom pic and my breasts are seriously in pain! Usually when I sit at my desk my breasts sit on top of the table top, this time them just touching the table top was very painful, I couldn't stand wearing a bra today but then being out of a bra hurt as well. Every step I take with causes them to bounce and hurt. I am wearing a stretchy camay that has some compression and a self in it for now. Touching them and massaging was very painful. When not touching them I can still feel the ache, it feels deep and inside the tissue. Gonna be uncomfortable to sleep tonight. This got much worse this evening all of a sudden Has anyone felt this before? How long does it last, is it from the supplements? Should I be worried? Please share your experience! Thank you in advance. I have enjoyed my progress but if I am going to be dealing with this type of discomfort from now on I may decided to stop... Does anyone have any home remedies for this type of pain?

Here is a pic showing the recent gain on the measuring tape.

Stop with NBE, at least for now. It did have a positive effect on growth. See if this continues and if any more effects happen. I wonder why progress stopped, then it started up.

Hopefully, something like green tea, tumeric, capscium pepper, or ginger could be used. Few of these are used in herbal reduction pills. I'd like to see more opinions on these 4 herbs before trying it. A small amount of caffeine maybe?

Is it possible you could be pregnant? If so, stop everything herbal.

I don't see how you COULD be pregnant if you're having your period and it usually takes most of the pregnancy, from what I'm told, before the girls fill up with milk. How could you be having a period if you're 6 or 7 months pregnant??
My friend, Rae, who had at least a set of DDD's, said that beer helped her tits stop hurting on her period. She'd drink one or two glasses and the pain was gone!!

Not sure I understand everything you wrote. I am not pregnant though, not yet... I am going to see if tomorrow when I wake up if the pain is less or gone. Do you not think this is normal? I hear about others having pain and soreness... If this continue tomorrow I will definitely take a break. Right now I have ibuprofen. For the herbal pills you recommend will that make my girls smaller? I would like to keep as much of my gain after my monthly... Thanks for the quick reply! :-)

Sorry MissedMiss, I missed that.

Ok, I over worried, the soreness is probably fine. I was worried that it could be too much, than wanted, as in, if your breasts became too sensitive to hormones.. You still might have to see what effects are going on, before continuing. In other words to see that everything is under control, before continuing.

I wondered why you said there were no results for a while, then suddenly there was a growth spurt, then this much soreness. It seems that you aren't familiar with that much soreness. A large amount of those mentioned herbs are typically for reducing them, and if there's no problem, they're not needed. A small amount might be to reduce swelling, but not needed. I'll go with what Missedmiss said, and she would better know if there's a worry.

Well I am thinking now that there may have been growth and I was just feeling negative, then when they started feeling too tight in my bras I decided to measure and wow 2 inches. I don't think that happened over night I may have been growing and didn't realize it. They do feel very swollen now I haven't remeasured because I don't want to get my hopes up as I want to be waiting for my monthly to finish and swelling go down after my cycle then measure to see where I am at. There is beer in the fridge from my hubby, I am a light weight get drunk easy! Why not! :-) watching my calories but oh well! :-) thanks you two! :-)

This is most likely a sign for estrogen dominance. You might want to stop PM for some time.

There's nothing to worry about. It is common, normal and harmless. To reduce the pain you may want to stop the pm for a bit and continue later if you want, maybe with less. The home remedies I know are all anti-estrogen.

I would continue with aloe though because it is healing. And nothing is nearly as strong as pm for estrogen.

Welcome to the world of estrogen dominance. This is how I used to feel every luteal, horrible painful luteal swelling. PC definitely fixed that for me.
