ON PM FOR A MONTH- DEPRESSING RESULTS. PLEASE ADVICE!!

Hi girls I've posted before about shrinking breasts. For a month now I've been on this routine:

Morning:
Spearmint 2 caps, fenugreek 1 cap, pm 1 cap, msm 1g

Afternoon:
Spearmint 2 caps

Evening:
Same as morning

Massage:
Female deer technique and fat brushing ( with pc after ovulation till the end of my period)

It's been really discouraging though, I feel like my breasts look more hollow than ever. Should I continue with this or switch it up. I don't get any painful or heavy swelling sensations except when I use the pc. Someone please advice?

Too much spearmint which is estrogenic. Then take more fenugreek, and add milk thistle which have progestogenic or prolactin properties. An estrogenic herb can desensitize the receptor which can cause less growth. Progesteronic herbs can re-sensitize it and cause growth. So estrogenic and progestogenic herbs need to be cycled, along with massage.

White peony can be used to convert testosterone into estrogen. Either pygeum africana or red reishi can be used to prevent testosterone from turning into DHT.

Here's a sample plan. based on http://aje.oxfordjournals.org/content/14...1.full.pdf and herbs' hormonal properties. Not everything has to be taken, and it can be tweaked:

Menstruation: hops tea, before bed nipple massage, ginseng, multivitamin, natural peanut butter
End of menstruation: spearmint tea once
Rest of follicular: fenugreek, white peony, pueraria, reishi, pygeum africana, asparagus
Ovulation: nothing
Luteal phase: fenugreek, asparagus
During luteal swelling: all of the above plus fennel and rye; adjust doses so there are more progestogenic herbs

Vitamins A-E throughout based on "Dietary Reference Intake", not RDI (on food labels). Ginseng can be panax, indian ginseng or siberian ginseng, all are called ginseng because of their function but are not related. Ginseng or another adaptogen can also be used during other discomforts. Nipple massage to be tweaked throughout. Rye can be rye bread.

You can make your own plan, or take less than what is listed. I hope this helps.

There are recent threads dedicated to aromatase (which turns testosterone into estrogen), and anti 5-alpha-reductase (turns testosterone into DHT)

You also might want to see this http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles...po=8.18182 which says that Estrogen, proogsterone and prolactin cause growth.

The basis for the sample plan based on the study in the link above. These are hormones associated with growth, and Not what to take:

Menstruation: IGF-1, prolactin, adaptogen
End of menstruation: 1 dose of LH raising herb tea only if estrogen or testosterone are generally low
Rest of Follicular: IGF-1, prolactin, aromatase, progesterone, anti-DHT
Ovulation: nothing
Luteal: progesterone
During luteal swelling: IGF-1, prolactin, aromatase, progesterone, anti-DHT

It might need tweaking. Perhaps LH raising herbs (which raise estrogen and testosterone) might only be needed every once in a while. Let aromatase herbs produce estrogen from the normal amounts of testosterone the body always produces.
