Hello!
When I first got into trying to make my breasts bigger- I read a lot about exercise and muscle building. I read that although it gave the illusion of bigger breasts- it would not actually change cup size. For this reason, I kind of left it alone.
Now, however, my aims have changed. I no longer care TOO much about the letters on my bra- but rather about the way the breasts look.
So (sorry for rambling) I have started wide push ups, increasing the number each day. Has anybody had any success with this?

I don't like big arms on my body - it's easy for me to gain muscle. I tried to lift and do push ups, etc for a little while for perkier breasts, but it didn't do much really.
What HAS been working extremely well is fat brushing
My boyfriend just commented last night on how perky my breasts have gotten!
Look up chiyomilk's fat brushing technique on youtube.
I massage my breasts for up to an hour each day - 20 min in the morning (dry), 20 min before showering with fso (spend 10 min doing fat brushing), and then 20 min before bed (dry).
I have really noticed my boobs getting closer together.

Oh no! that is a bit annoying- considering all of the hard work you put in!
Fat brushing is wondrous! I try to do it as much as possible, but really just focus on my chest area. Maybe I should do it the Chiyomilk way!
I am so silly, I measure the distance between my boobs in terms of fingers, and make little goals to reach :p
what other massage do you do?

I believe chest-flies will provide cleavage. If you touch your muscles were the cleavage should be, and do the chest-fly motion, you can feel it tense up verses a push-up motion, which exercises the outer chest. I hope this helps!

Push-ups (with elbows pointing out as you go down), and exercises with weights such as chest flys (as someone mentioned) and bench press. you must use (dumbbells) weights for the latter two to be effective. As anything, it takes time to build muscle so be patient and you should start to notice your boobs perk up as they firm up.
