Lol really?? I read that after one week and perks up ur butt and it gets more jiggly. Also said it worked like a waist trainer too.. And I thought it would be good because I read that when u wear a corset all ur back fat gets squeezed down and adds fat to ur butt and thighs. So I thought this would so the Same... So waste of money then?

Best way to get thicker thighs and a round ass is to do squats with heavy weights.

Some people say wearing a shaper during and after working out can help but I have never tried so I don't know.

If you want to build muscle and make things appear bigger, you would choose a weight that you can do for 8-12 reps (so it has to be heavy as you should not be able to do many more reps than this - 5 lb dumbbells will not cut it). The weight can be a barbell, dumbbells, or a kettlebell. You can do 3-4 sets with some rest in between sets.
