a reminder to be kind to your body

we can all agree that most of us torture our bodies with junk food/lack of excersise etc.

we should not forget in our quest of the 'golden cups' to treat our bodies with what it needs:

proper nutrition
with intaking all these medicinal herbs for breast growth we also need to suppliment our dietary with a multi vitamin (i scratch off the coating to mine to allow the vitamins to be absorbed. most viatmins are coated with a food grade shelac, similar to the shelac they use of funiture,which your body and stomach acids cannot digest.) i also take 5000 i.u. of vitamin D daily. milk that is vitamin d-fortified in my modest opinion is a scam. 20 min of sunlight produces the same ammount if i am not mistaken. i a sure most of you have heard recent studies on how vitamin d has been linked to breast health in general. i also consume two 16oz cans of v-8. i do not add additional salt to anything so the 38% sodium daily allowance per can is ok for me. reduce the ammount of trans fast you consume. consume more fiber and protein both will give you a more full feeling longer as well fiber is good for the gasrtro-intestinal tract.

sleep besides reducing stress , sleep helps the body build and rebuild a minimum of 7hrs is necessary to achieve a well being. i have also read that sleep is good for breast growth...so get your 'zzz' on. avoid caffine approximately six hrs before bedtime. set your body on a routine bedtime ( setting your circadian rhythm). try not to deviate. your body will thank you.

reducing stress
we all have daily stress that we all handle differently,some better than others. reducing stress reduces cortisol which is part of the 'fight or flight ' reflex..and is linked to weight gain around he belly area 'love handles /prodiegous stomach' so how do you reduce stress you ask? easier than you think;
1. olefactory (smell) stimulation; lightin scented candles and/or incense with scents that appeal to you. some like vanilla more than patchouli,or perhaps ocean breeze is a scent you like be sure it is a good quality candle that will be aromatic enough to fill a room. be sure to change scents often as your body will adjust to that smell and igore it eventually.
2. play soft relaxing music; find some music you enjoy whether it is classical,jazz, or new age. i would reccomend instrumental music only as music with lryics may be distracting.
3. 'me time'; mothers know for sure,there is never enough time in the day to take some personal time, kids to school,to soccer, to ballet,home to cook dinner,talk to hubby, do laundry, go go go...set at least 15 minutes of 'shhh' time for yourself. perhaps a room that is all your own 'no admittance' to other family members or perhaps a nice walk (which is good cardio)
4 remove yourself from your environment; to get out of the daily rut and routine, take a drive along the beach and/or walk in the woods. sometimes nature helps us genuflect and see things in a differen light when we remove ourselves from situations we are involved in.
5. treat yourselve at least once a week; too often we put too many demands on ourselves to be successful or achive the goals we pile ourselves with. perhaps its a trip to the ice cream shop or a new shirt or pehaps a new movie on dvd.

i hope this helps keep life in check and things in perspective. your thoughts are welcomed

I know I'm doing it all wrong... living on caffeine and chocolate.... thriving on stress.... loud hard rock music.... less than 6 hours sleep a night.... hopping that all the exercise I get working on the house and playing ice hockey will counter cancel out some of the bad....

Ditto. Il be DAMNED if I can give up coffee even if it does restrict blood flow!

Funnily enough Greenbush who sell organic herbs plus a breast enlarging programme state they don't know why soo many companies claim you need to stop caffeine and sugar and that they should be taken in moderation but just not taken at the same time as the herbs (caffeine)
I DO believe caffeine can hinder the absorption of vitamins and possibly even up to 6 hours later but I cant see why in that case you just take your herbs on the other end of the day Huh

My mum drinks coffee, big boobs. A friend of mine drinks massive ammounts of coffee and huge boobs without the body to match - she does however have bad hormone problems and went into early menopause etc but like I said she drinks STRONG coffees ALL day long

Ps Squirrel we wouldnt live very long if we ate and grew coffee beans on account of the fact we'd be soo wired 24hrs a day we'd never SLEEP again lol Big Grin
