Update : Loosing alot of my growth. Today (aug 10) I measured and was only 32.4. God what am i doin wrong :'(

I would not worry too much because it has only been less than 2 months, right? Also you mentioned being on your period so some swelling may have come from that. You are still bigger than when you started so that is amazing. Also, if your original program was working for you, i wouldnt change it unless there is some big problem. Because you mentioned a number of changes to your program already.
