You're telling me!! I wish I would have known then what I know now. It would have been SO much easier just to keep my weight up and maintain boob size. Starting from square 1 is so much harder. The only thing I knew about pre-preg was the brava and I figured it was a scam at the time. I didn't even know about NBE until several months ago.

Ok, so no more organic apple cider vinegar. Every day that I've taken it this week, it's made me feel so nauseous and sick to my stomach for HOURS. At first I thought I was taking too much, but even today at 1/2 tsp it did the same thing. And I'm taking it with a bunch of water and have done it on an empty stomach and after eating. No more. I'll switch to just warm lemon water

ACV gave me the WORST acid reflux. I tried using it for a cleanse. not for me. I wouldn't recommend the Salt water flush either. I started piling the second it hit my tongue. lol

FINALLY! The stars aligned and allowed my wifi, computer and everything to coexist and work in harmony! Haha

Well, it's only been one month, so the change isn't phenomenal or anything. And honestly, I thought there would be more of a difference in the pics. I was a little let down when I put them side by side. BUT, I HAD growth! And hopefully Month #2 brings more gains

I did my best to take all pics with the same lighting, angle, same type of undies, and at the same time of day (since I'm right next to a big window). In all of the booty pics and full body pics I've taken, I'm arching my back as hard as I can. Not only to stay consistent with the pictures, but to help show me & my trainer improvements in my lower back arch.

Your boobs are definitely much fuller, especially in the frontal comparison pic. Well done, girl! Booty is also a little rounder. You have nice legs.

This one is just a full back view. The first pic I'm just standing there, the other 2 I'm on my tippy toes & flexing. No idea why I felt the need to have my legs that far apart while flexing. Haha! I guess I figured I'd need room for all of that massive muscle

This bra is a 32A. But it was a cheap one from Target and it's a few years old, so the fit is different. It works for now though. lol. There's no padding, but it's one of those formed shell or hard shell bras. No idea what those are called. And yes, my nips are trying to peek through the little lace.
