Update: my bust gained 0.7 inches. Yes!
I also noticed that they looked fuller. I can actually fill a full cup bra without gaping at the top anymore.

What is your underbust measurement? You look to me like a 28" or less, in which case you could actually be 28F for example!

You're right I should wear a 28e actually but that's impossible to find here. The smallest size is 30 or 65 in cm and they're ridiculously expensive. It's fine tho, I only wear one when I need to be out in public

If you want you could always alter the band of your bra to make it fit better 
. I do that, and the fit of the bras are better, but still impossible to get a perfect fit.
