Where and how to start with tuberous breasts

#1

Hi all, newbie here!
I've been reading and trying to gather information about people with similar situations to mine. However, each individual is different so here's my story:
I am 22, currently a 30AA (possibly even smaller, I am clueless) all I know is that my breasts started developing when I was 10 or 11 and they never changed appearances. I have felt them be sensitive and tingly (at different times for different reasons) but they have always been far apart, had a constricted look and puffy areolas (while there is little to no breast tissue). I know it's not genetic, I also know it's not caused by an eating disorder (I have always eaten healthy and been active), I don't think (read:unsure) that it's hormonal per se because my periods have always been fairly normal and I have never had much acne. I'm not ruling it out, but don't know what kind of specialist I should see to ask about this. I really just want a place to start with my journey to normal looking breasts, I am petite but very curvy (aside from the breasts) and I want to look proportional. I have struggled with self-esteem and depression over my breasts, even though I have never had problems with partners and my husband is very loving and accepting of me and my body I just want to be more confident with my appearance for my own sake Smile this website and the forums have given me hope that I can get the breasts I want naturally. I know if I went to a regular doctor they would just refer me to a plastic surgeon and I really want that to be a very last resort. I abhor the idea of implants and would only consider it if absolutely nothing else works. Please help!

Hi there.
Welcome to breast nexus.
I relate to how you feel for my breasts are constricted however I never felt the tingles or sensations anyone describes.
I can't tell you much definitively for you posted no photos.
But I will do my best without (:
Regardless of external appearances, a hormone panel is your safest bet to begin nbe without guess work (per se) and without ruining an already balanced system , if you do so have one.
To do this without a doctor depends on your location as some states, cities, countries have laws about it. But most don't. If you go to the zrt labs website you can find out if your location allows it at home and order a test. I suggest the prog, est, test, dhea, cort test for 170.00 as it gives you a good idea of your hormones and their relationship to each other. If all of your hormones are balanced, you can supplement with herbs that boost each one in small doses . If not, you can supplement accordingly.
Depending on your actual shape, noogleberry is supreme for lifting, peeking and rounding. The problem with tuberous breasts is that there is constricted tissue caused by fibrous collagen . Noogleberry cannot fix this , it will improve your shape but within reason. I find my breasts are rounding yes. But my areolas are still pretty puffy and I attribute this to the fibrous ring behind them. So remain realisitic.
If you look up mayo fascial release massage technique and master it on your breasts, specifically the fibrous ring. You may be able to improve this too. But I'm not sure. it's just something I am trying on myself and is good for the totality of breast health so why not , right? Also, massage. Massage. Massage. All different kinds. Constriction could mean poor lymph drainage which can't itself be a precursor to cancer so it's always good to help the girls out.
Finally, if you'd like to check out my threads, you can see my progress from January -July with massage and July to now with noogleberry.
Cheers,
Beckie

Thank you for the tips Beckiee Smile I will definitely look into a hormone panel and massaging! Based on my shape and what I've seen in other forums I'm not sure if noogleberry would work....I'm attaching photos of my chest (so embarrassing and intimidating) hopefully that can give you a better idea

Not sure why it won't let me attach more than one photo (or why it's sideways) trying another shot

You are very brave (:
Although side views show Constriction best. (Lower pole can be examined that way)
I would say you are more underdeveloped than tuberous(:
You also have some tissue to work with (:
If you are under weight, protein shakes will help. Bovine ovary is also said to be good for constriction. I will be starting mine soon. Just debating on some factors.
I think you've got some good tissue to start off with.
If you began with nb + massage + protein I think you'd be in the right direction.
I believe Anastasia began where you are based on her bra size (she only has pics up from a year in to nbe I believe) anyway she fluctuates from a C and D now (:
We will always have a pear ish shape to our breasts, but they are admired equally as other shapes. I personally believe pear shape is a breast shape and that because it has distant similarities and doesn't conform to the implant melon shape surgeons use the media and our vulnerabilities to fill their pay cheques.
Give the girls lots of love. Have realistic expectations and you will grow lovely (:
Also, don't buy your domes (if you so choose to ) based on your cup and band size. By them based in the width of your breasts (factoring out protrusion) I bought mediums in July and quickly had to buy CL because the projection was good with mediums but the width was too tight once my breasts made a seal.

Good luck (:

Please check that site out and others like it. This should help your Constriction.
Please please please look at my starting pics somewhere in this part of the forum and now. I had a little more tissue than you (granted I also seem to carry more weight than you) but I feel that you will gain some hope by seeing my progress.

The photos cannot exceed a certain file size.
That may be why they do not upload to the same post.

Thanks so much for the pointers! I think another part of my photo posting problem is I'm doing this all from a phone :p
To clarify some other things, I've never been underweight, not even close hahaha I'm 5'2 (165 cm) and weigh 115-low 120s lbs (52-55 kg). I have 25 inch hips and a 38 inch waist, relatively thick thighs and arms (my body type is muscular/curvy) so honestly my chest just really doesn't match the rest of me at all! Which is frustrating. My diet is already pretty high in lean protein and I try to be active and work out regularly. I was actually on a low dosage tricyclin type BC for 2.5 years, I just recently went off of it, but with the BC I expected there to be some changes to my breasts (it was a huge reason for me to go on them) and the only thing that really changed was a slight increase in sensitivity around peak hormone times (that tingly/warm feeling). But they didn't change shape or grow at all Sad which leads me to believe that supplements wouldn't help...maybe it really is a lost cause lol
And I was under the impression that underdeveloped and tuberous are the same thing? I have major constriction in every pole of the breast (or so I think) when I look at my pics there's no tissue under those sad droopy areolas hahaha and nearly none above or on the sides of them either
