Method to Increase Swelling - Is this safe?

#1

Hi everyone,

I've been looking for a product that would increase swelling while pumping. I usually have to pump for over 3 hours to get swelling but by the time I wait for the red marks from the cups to go away the swelling is already gone.

I ordered an Aloe Vera gel that has L-Arginine as one of the ingredients. L-Arginine is suppose to increase blood flow to the area which would increase swelling. It didn't work and I think it's because the Aloe vera reversed the effects of it.

I came up with a new idea...I could get L-Arginine capsules and break the capsules and rub them into my skin but I'm not sure if this is safe or not? Does anyone know or has already tried this?

Please let me know. Thank you so much Smile

Oh and also, does anyone have a good trick to cover nipples while pumping so that the nipple size doesn't increase? I tried tape and band aids but they keep falling off. Any ideas?

Thank you

perhaps you can buy the nipple 'pasties' that strippers use. however i suspect that negative pressure like a vaccuum pump will negate the adhesive and wont work either.

I pump every day for an hour and my nipples have actually gotten smaller?! I think the size reduction may be from hormone changes though.

I'm considering trying vicks vapor rub during pumping? I have very minimal swelling

Swelling is just a short term temporary result of pumping and really has nothing to do with long term growth..... growth is created by exposing your breasts to negative air pressure generating a small amount of growth every time you pump.... its all about exposure hours.... you just have to persistent and consistent...

Thanks for all the replies but does anyone know if breaking the L-Arginine Capsules and rubbing it into my breasts will be safe?

I think so. I sometimes mix mine with my progesterone cream for better absorption. Only problem is they are rough, it's like using a sugar scrub on your breasts which is why I don't do it often.

I was just wondering-- how long does it take usually to see a permanent change if you're consistent? You seem to be a noogle expert on these things ^^ hope you dont mind, thought i'd might ask. :p
