one question...(sorrry your just so amazing ..this form should be employing you) what oil for massage do you personally think is best (would it be cycled?) ..how do you feel about flaxseed oil?
could you do your science thingy and tell me why you pick that oil? xDDD

Thanks, Big Grin

I absolutely would use fennel or anise oil,

Essential Oils
When applied directly to the skin, certain essential oils may help to stimulate breast growth. A study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology determined that fennel and anise oils share a potent estrogen-boosting compound known as anethole. Herbs containing anethole are traditionally brewed as a tea or taken internally to stimulate breast development in lactating mothers. Kelly Bonyata, a renowned lactation consultant, advises nursing mothers to stimulate lactation by applying diluted fennel oil directly to the breasts. Consider applying one or both oils to your chest daily, but consult your physician about the possible risks if you have a family history of breast cancer.

Fennel and anise as estrogenic agents.

Or even this:

Coconut oil-makes connective tissues stronger for that much desired softness and elasticity. superb antioxidant activities that neutralize free radicals and slowing down aging, aids in breast feeding, Coconut oil is nature's richest source of MCFAs."

Yes, it's said to enhance a laundry list of actions including lactation.

I've been looking into activating fatty tissues in breasts through a specific enzyme, which btw we (humans) have about 10,000 different enzymes, lol.

Also, we should be focused on the anatomy of the Breast and how we can influence it, i.e. each breast contains about 20 lobes, fatty tissue, oh yeah, and pectoral muscles. (Goal-build muscle and tissue) Big Grin

So Rocket, have you been eating your Greek yogurt?, lol.

Yogurt-(Greek) Rich in vitamins, calcium and minerals, growth factors stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen, probiotic , and has lactic acid component.

That's a good lead. If that's true about black cumin seed, there should be something on it in pubmed. hopefully, not behind a paywall. What's its safety data?

Sprouting causes seeds to make more wanted phytochemicals, that are needed for plant growth.

Morning Lovely.
Can you please explain what the following means : stimulate fibroblast proliferation

Im wondering if applying greek youghurt topically isn't a silly idea???

Estrogen receptors of: ER-α (alpha), prolactin receptor, and progesterone receptor are in mammary glands.
Agonist hormones activate those three estrogen receptors, and (usually) cause cell proliferation. It is uncertain what the function of herbs known for weight loss, that have agonists, do. Androgenic hormones are antagonists (against) to those.
ER-β (estrogen receptor-beta) is not generally in breast tissue.

It means it causes cell growth (division) of "fibroblast" tissue. (not exactly hypertrophy, where cells grow in size, but don't multiply but similar result) You'd have to look up what kind of tissue fibroblast is.

If the yogurt absorbs herbal components it might be ok. oils go through the skin more readily. Eating it might be the better way to get the macronutrients from it. You can try it and see.

I've come across so much conflicting info on PM, some of the research interpreted is misstated, for example, and I won't list where from but it was stated that miroestriol was 70% of E2, when actually it was from below*. Anyways we've only found it to be .25 of E2, although Dexymiroestrol is stated to be 10-fold greater potency in an MCF-7 cell assay relative to Miroestrol. It's also been reported that Dexy and miroestriol has effects on both receptors and that it's only influence and what makes PM active is its other phytoestrogens. And we have the studies that profess that soy has no estrogenic effect at all.

(27-04-2014, 04:05)Lotus Wrote:  1) In addition to miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol, Pueraria Mirifica also contains other chemicals that belong to isoflavones and Coumestan groups of phyto-estrogens, e.g.,
  • Genistein,
  • Daidzein,
  • Daidzin,
  • Genistin,
  • Coumestrol
  • Miroestrol
  • Deoxymiroestrol

2) Miroestrol (the bioactive component of Pueraria Mirifica) appears to be a quarter as potent as 17β-estradiol in inducing estrogenic like effects. It has been noted that Deoxymiroestrol is actually stronger than Mirosterol (as well as Isomiroestrol) with about 10-fold greater potency in an MCF-7 cell assay relative to Miroestrol. These authors suggested that Deoxymiroestrol should be considered the main bioactive estrogen, since it is plausible that passive oxidation by exposure to the air could have resulted in Miroestrol production from Deoxymirosterol. Relative to the Soy Isoflavones Genistein and Daidzein, the chromene compounds Miroestrol and Deoxymiroestrol are approximately 1,000-10,000 fold more potent on a weight basis (claim stated here, which compares the potencies derived from these two studies[10][12]) and in some studies directly assesing the claim it is found that the soy isoflavones do not contribute towards the majority of estrogenicity.

3)-The chromene compounds are potent and direct estrogen receptor agonists, and Deoxymiroesterol appears to be more potent than 17β-Estradiol itself (17β-Estradiol is the most relevant naturally occuring estrogen compound in the human body)

4) May have similar (in phenotype and potency) anti-androgenic and suppressive effects in the testes as estrogen itself:
-Isolated Miroestrol and Deoxymiroestrol incubated in testes of male mice appear to have similar suppressive effects on enzymes within the steroid synthesis metabolic pathway (17β-HSD1 and CYP19 mRNA, to a lesser degree 3β-HSD and CYP17) while inducing 17β-HSD2 mRNA; the direction of effects and magntiude of effect were similar when comparing the chromenes against estradiol.[61]

5) By modulating androgen receptor coactivators, daidzein may act as a phytoandrogen

(Oh yeah, we'll need to talk about this one!).

So lovely11, what do you have on Dexy and miroestriol on its equivalence to E2 over on your Wikiversity?.

Mornin', afternoon and evenin' to ya!!, Wink

I don't think it sounds silly, heck you can even split the portion, 1/2 orally and 1/2 topically. (Annie mixes some of her dry ingredients with yogurt, regular yogurt I believe).

And thank you lovely11 for answering the rest. Wink

oh i know one thing you may be interested in !
volufiline - from some plant I think (lol very detailed description ;] I'm just getting so knowledgeable ='] )
Voluplu "an all natural active ingredient derived from nutmeg (Macelignan) solubilized in macadamia oil"
they are in creams..like iso sensual, breast success, eveline cosmetics
both are meant to increase fat cells on spot points?

haha I haven't ! I should be taking my probio thingys though x]...
haha sorry I keep pestering your herbs stuff ..but yeh those weird volpu-things would be a cool research topic to add in to your stuff ..if they work xD
