Hello guys,

I am new to this forum, I have done all kinds of research on enhancing breasts naturally but in vain then i came across forum and looking forward to some good results here

I am 24 years old, have a petite body frame.
My under bust: 26''
Bust 29"
i hardly wear a bra. My small breast really comes in the way of my selfconfidence.

I am new to this forum and dont know where to start. Please help me find a way to enhance my breast size to atleast a 32B.

Hi, it's unlikely that you'll become a true 32B because your underbust is 26 inches (unless you're considering gaining weight also). The sister size to a 32B is 26DD, which would require that you gain 2 inches in your over bust (someone correct me if I'm wrong). There are a few things you need to do before you can start NBE.

1. Ensure you're at a healthy weight (A BMI of at least 20)
2. Be optimistic and allow lots of time (many gain an inch or two in their first month and then become disheartened and give up. Don't be one of them! )
3. You need to research on this what would be best for YOU. There are many methods of NBE but not all of them might work for everyone. For example, you may be oestrogen dominant so you need to find out how your body works.
