Hi everyone. Hoping for change. :-)

Hi all. Smile

I'm new here - I signed up a few days ago, I've been looking around, observing, and I felt like it was about time for me to introduce myself.

Basically, I am a 24 year old female, who is not even large enough to wear an AA cup bra. As you can see from my attached pictures, I am almost completely flat. I have actually put on a very snug fitting vest so that my breasts are more visible for the picture, as when I wear normal loser fitting clothes I look completely flat. When I'm around people I normally wear padded crop tops, which does give me a little bit of confidence - but even then, I can only wear light/thin padding (about 0.05cm thick), because if I wear padding that is too thick, it looks to obvious that I'm wearing a thickly padded bra.

The size of my breasts has always affected me very deeply.
I can't even wear nice underwear for my partner, because I am too small. It is so depressing when I walk into a clothes shop, and see 12 year old girls picking up woman's bra's - and as a 24 year old woman I can't even wear an AA cup bra with "My First Bra" written on the label.

The size of my chest has affected me so badly - that I have never even had woman friends, because I am too self-conscious to spend time around other women. I have literally never had a woman friend in my life.

I am quite a slim woman (UK size 8) but definitely not underweight (I eat all the time and I can actually jiggle the fat on my thighs!). About 3 years ago, I actually purposly grained weight, because I wanted to see if it would make my breasts accumulate more fat - I went up two clothes sizes to a UK size 12 and people kept telling me that they'd noticed I'd gained some weight - but my breasts stayed exactly the same size. The only part of my body that gets bigger when I gain weight is my thighs and lower stomach. So I started exercising and after a while managed to get back down to my normal size.
I am 165cm tall. The mysterious thing is - my breast size is not genetic - because my mum was a full A cup when she was my age, and every other woman in my family was at least a B cup when they were in their 20's (and they were all slim and roughly the same height as me).

My goal: I would just love to be able to nicely fill out an A or even an AA cup bra.
It would just be wonderful to be able to have breasts that are large enough to be visible underneath normal clothes.

If anyone has any advice for me, or has any experience of growth from my original size, please share. Smile

Thank you.

Welcome to the boards! I'm sad you let your chest dictate your social life, there are so many wonderful women out there of all shapes and sizes that you are missing out on friendships with.

To get started, do you know anything about your hormones? You'll need to ensure they are balanced. There are so many NBE options (massage, pumping, hypnosis, BO, PM, Herbs, etc) that you'll need to decide which looks best for you. I have a similar issue with gaining weight only on the lower half so weight gain isn't enough for me to fill out my breasts. Many of us have tried several different programs before finding one that works. I suggest starting now with massage while you study up on the boards, work on testing your hormones and deciding if you want to order a pump.

Happy growing Smile

Isabelle's posts on page 110 of this thread are helpful for putting together an herb cocktail.

Herbs that activate 'Estrogen Receptor Alpha', and 'Progesterone Receptor B' are useful, since those are receptors in the breast. 'Prolactin Receptor' is also in the breast, and it can be stimulated by massage or mood. IGF-1 also causes breast growth, which is aided by Vitamin C. Vitamin D is also good for breast health. Caffeine and androgens may inhibit breast growth.

There are lots of threads with good information.

Hi there.I also have the same problem and gain fat in same areas like you with no effect on breasts. Dodgy
You might be estrogen dominant, it causes this weird fat gain pattern.

I also have fat left only in my thighs lol. xD
I am an AA or A cup and I am currently taking Maca,Spearmint and vitamins with massaging a little and listening to Rockmelon as I do believe baby's cry affect hormones haha. I advise you to try with these too as they are the safest and could really work.
Exercise when you wake up a ,ittle on empty stomach as it raises growth hormone.
Every other woman in my family has over D cup. -_- And every girl in my country appearently too...Huh
Wish you best!

Hi everyone. I haven't been online much for a while, because I've been busy with work ect. but I just wanted to say thank you to each of you for the welcome. Smile

As for my hormones, to be honest I'm not sure about whether or not mine are balanced, and I don't know how to find out. I remember, about 4-5 years ago (when I was 19-20) I went to see a female GP to find out if my hormones were unbalanced and it had affected my breast growth - but to be honest, I could tell she didn't seem to take me seriously, and didn't have any sympathy/empathy for my situation.
She told me (while half laughing) that if I feel healthy and get normal periods, then my hormones are probably fine - but if I wanted to, I could go to my local hospital and have a blood test to find out if my prolactin levels were normal. I did go. The nurse who took my blood told me that results are given in a "no news is good news" format, meaning that if my prolactin levels were unbalanced and different from how they should be, I would be contacted within 3 weeks - but if my prolactin levels were fine, I would not be contacted at all. I was not contacted, therefore there were no issues with my prolactin levels.

All I know is - fat never stores in my breasts, ever. It doesn't matter if I'm slim or bigger ... even if I gain weight everywhere else, my whole chest area (and my arms) stay exactly the same. The only place I gain weight is in my lower stomach (under my belly button) and my legs (mostly my thighs).

If there is a way that I can find out if it is: A. a hormonal imbalance or B. a fat deposition issue (or a mixture of both) I would love to know.

Sounds to me that you could be estrogen dominant. Estrogen is what causes fat to be stored in the lower half of the body. I'd still go to a doctors office for a hormone test

Estrogen’s Effects on Fat Depends on Where It’s Located

Estrogen Reason Why Women Store Fat More Efficiently Than Men

According to these, estrogen distributes fat away from the belly and towards other places in the body. One sign of estrogen dominance would be heavy or frequent periods. The clinic also hinted that hormones weren't out of balance. I don't think its estrogen dominance.

The clinic checked her prolactin levels not her other hormones and yes the effects of estrogen vary but it is still the cause of lower body fat distribution in women and why it makes it harder to burn fat in specific areas. However there are other hormones that are more important to fat distribution than estrogen like how cortisol causes more fat to be stored in belly and weakens estrogenic effects.

Hi Hopeful Kami,
Nice to meet you. I can understand you, as I faced near same problem. I'm wearing 6 size in UK (00 in USA or XXS) so I know what are you talking about. I have some bad (silicone) - good (suction device) experience of dealing with my AA size breasts. In my case high testosteron also gave me pimples, oily skin, hair, nervous temper, undeveloped breasts and also I have a spine problem in kindergarden that resulted my bones on a rib cage to deform to make average sized hill 10 cm upper from my breasts start and in between breasts. So I need breasts not only to hang there beautifully))), but also to cover my rip cage defects.

From my experience, I started with Brava suction device and grow my breasts just half of a size (or lil bit bigger). so right now I have either A bra, or AA bras, but breasts are over the top.)))) And now I'm preparing for the second round of this 12 week routine.

The fat management is really important. Before suction device routine all fat went to my generous hips (weird since my lower part is not XXS size it is M or even L). But during wearing the suction device and gaining some 2-4 kg, my breast "received" much more procent of fat. So my advice would to start some changes either with noogling, Brava or any other suction device, and start eating more carbs and healthy fats in the same time. I meen not fast food calories, but natural fats: avocado, seeds, nuts, natural olive oil, flax oil. So your lipogenesis will consider your breast another fat deposit and your body will change whole figure in a positive way.

As for hip fat - I dicided to take some oil massage, yes it is not burning fat, but at least skin is not showing the celulite...
