I liked the first link as I knew some of the foods to eat for NBE and learned of some new ones. But the sad part was she suggested to do these during the ages 13-17,even up to 23. I'm 27, so it was a little discouraging.

The 2nd, 3rd, 4th video, were very interesting. I just need to find where I can get these products other than online shopping.

The 5th video goes to an acne commercial

The fifth video was very interesting. I might try this one. Just need to research where to buy these. I live in Taiwan, so it maybe difficult to purchase these ingredients other than the internet.

The fifth is interesting as well. I have never heard of onion water. Sounds like it might stink or something haha. Not sure if I will try that, but the fenugreek paste sounds tempting.

Off the subject, that lady could try to smile in her videos.
