stack ideas

#1

Hey,

I have no idea what herbs to take. I want bigger breast obviously but I also have irregular periods and horrible moods when on period and acne, so I am a bit afraid to take herbs for breast enlargement because I really don't want to worsen my acne or worsen my mental health when menstruating.
What hormones are responsible for this cluster of symptoms ? And what can I do about it ? Any ideas ?

I have fenugreek and I want to take them for breast enhancement but it is said to increase prolactin while Chaste berry is said to lower prolactine and by doing so regularizes your cycle and ease acne. So do you have to choice between big breast or clear skin :-) ?

At the moment I drink tea for clear skin with green tea, stinging nettle, dandelion, rose hip, burdock as main ingredients. I also drink a lot of fennel tea because I like the taste and it relaxes me. And I also take mint essential oil for my digestion.

I also have a huge stock of herbs with red clover, licorice, chaste berry, milk thistle, ... so I could also use those.

Just too many herbs and I have no idea what to do
Anyone who can help me ? What is your routine ?

When you say you have irregular periods, do you mean not often enough?

Having heavy or frequent periods is because of more estradiol than progesterone. It looks like you described the opposite. If you're not having enough periods, eat eggs with their yolks, and spearmint tea (I see that you have essential oil, don't take more than a few drops) with an aromatase like White Peony.

They're not exactly sure what those other symptoms are. You can try Maca or another adaptogen for mood. You can balance estrogenic herbs, with progestogenic herbs and massage together. Take vitamins especially when on your period..

Thank you for your reply.
I have very light period with no pain at all (only minor discomfort- pulling feeling) however I always get very very bad mood, often I will feel very suicidal, unable to get to sleep, very anxious/fearful, angry when I have my period and the day just before my period. My cycle is just very irregular sometimes I get my period after just two weeks, sometimes it takes 40 days I do get them every time I just never know when I will get them.

I eat a lot of eggs actually (two-three a day) but I will continue doing so.
I will also continue taking spearmint and I will also start taking an aromatase.

What would the symptoms be for low estrogen compared to low progesterone ? Can low estrogen also cause acne, anxiety/depression ? I am very tall and skinny. Is it more likely that I have progesterone dominance ? Has weight and height anything to do with those hormones ?

Are there other aromatase herbs ? I am european and it seems like white peony is not available where I live.

FAQ-Aromatase for NBE is one of Lotus' threads dedicated to aromatase; of course you'd have to sort it out. Spearmint might also have an aromatase property, but it also raises LH and possibly Testosterone more than it increases estrogen.

I'm sorry about that. Take a break, I think it is high prolactin or progesterone, compared to estrogen. (I wonder if testosterone is also a culprit, from this balance) If you're massaging, take a break from that too. Limit massage to during menstruation after it started, and during breast swelling. Gradually try a herb that increases estrogen along with naturally increasing progesterone or prolactin; then find the right balance after taking a break. I think you're on the right track when you asked about aromatases. Damiana helps a lot with feeling better: on second thought, if you're from the UK, you can't take damiana at all. There are adaptogens too. B Vitamins also help with mood. Try to do something that makes you feel good, or try to relax. Spearmint tea is supposed to help raise LH and FSH. which have been used to start menstruation. Warning don't take too much spearmint.
